Thank you for this guide. I am very rusty after 2 years so Im getting my groove back. Now I am +12 and much more prepared for the DLC. 👌

Hey rage, idk if you knew this or not, but once you defeat ( commander gaius ) over by ( shadow keep back gate grace ) go to the back of that area and you’ll be able to grab 5 scadutree fragment.

Just so anybody that is having a hard time knows, you don’t need to defeat anything in Dragon’s Pit, if you run through like normal and go further down instead of up into the Dragon’s cave you can just drop down the divide in that little room and you’ll exit out the Terminus without a fight.

Mesimers axe and its ash of war is beyond OP when it's maxed out

There’s one right to the east of the scorched ruins in a pot. So that’s an easy one right in the starting area you can substitute for one of the harder to get later ones

You missed a fragment on cerulean coast cross, Located south on the map from cerulean coast.

In the small cemetery north east of the burned down village, in the starting area. There's a pot phantom guy with another fragment.

I like this cuz it gives a goal to make game easier like Festus mats in main game. Fact that they did with resistances and damage is nice touch rather than just giving more/more effective pots. Was right there with you till I noticed scudtree mats.

Please make for +20 with a marker to start from +12 if we followed this guide

I did exactly as you said but at the castle ensis bonfire I'm missing one saculent to hit rank 5, I double checked the video and the areas. Did they change anything or did something just bug out for me? I killed a jar guy an hour ago in the NW castle and he didn't drop a saculent either so I hope I'm not bugging.

you need 26 for level 12. this guide made me check every location again and again until i looked it up.

there's a scadutree fragment on a pot holding phantom guy just north east of the scroched ruines next to some graves surround by other phantom guys

In the crusade church I didn't get the ash of war after defeating the invader... I got a talisman instead... Is there some questions or something to it? I would have liked the ash of war as opposed to the talisman...

I think you need 26 fragments to get lv 12 blessing, though... you require 3 fragments starting from lv9→lv10.

That first church I only found one I see people saying their is 2 but I couldn’t find another

i went to the church on the crusade and not only was there only 1 but the enemy that invaded dropped a talisman instead of an ash of war and a key

Not sure they actually do anything in regards to damage resistance in the DLC area. As for damage, they make the numbers in your status page gold. Which is something, but as far as I saw the numbers don't actually increase.

@@kable_t.v. No, it’s around 4% increase damage and 2% damage negation. You can see the changes reflected in your status screen before and after using the fragments.

So I’m getting stronger by eating the fragments from the tree… I beat that crazy dead sunflower at the base of the tree itself… Can’t I just go mow on the tree now? Super sayan? 😂

10:59 "Charo" should be derivative from "Charon" so the pronunciation of the "ch" should be like a hard "h", like "CHaracter". 😘

Im at +9 scoobytree amd I still get bodied by regular ass enemies, they either meed to biff the staphtree or nerf the enemies, +9 took me 35+ tries on blackgaol knight with blasphemous blade+10 flame grant me strength, fire scorpion and Alexander shard. I like hard, hard is fun, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

There are 50 scadutree blessing this is only half of them. People need to stop bitching about difficulty and explore and look for upgrades including new weapons as well as scadutree blessings play the damn game people.

You get the Ash of War the second time he invades you. His second location is the Belurat Tower. You can do both invasions in any order and he will only drop the Ash of War the second time you take him down.

I like the scadutree fragment system . I wouldn’t wanna trade it for the traditional soul level permanently or anything ..but it’s a nice change of pace . Get rewarded for detailed exploration and adventuring…rather then just shooting frogs and birds over and over 😂

I actually just gave up on the game. It’s not fun I die to everything in one or two hits . Just taking a casual walk . They need to fix that the damage we take and the damage we deal are playing two different games . I have 5+ and it means nothing. The idea of the game is fun but the actual game is far from enjoyable in my opinion. I’m a casual player

the dlc for me isnt fun because its wa too hard the game is ment to be enjoyable not torture

I’m glad the dlc is getting the hate it is getting can’t wait to see it nerfed in the next upcoming weeks even though by then I’ll beat it and never return to it again

I shouldn't have to go on a scavengerhunt to be able to play the DLC. Such a dumb system that doesn't actually show any sort of increase on your stats page for damage resistance. We need a serious breakdown as to what these levels are actually supposed to do.

i do agree that it would be nice to see how much damage and damage negation increases as you go but i think that it is a fine system because most people will probably find most of the fragments on their own pretty easily, and at the end of the day you dont even have to bother getting them all of them to have fun

Not really cause didn't the public state that elden ring was the easiest soulsborne game ever? Instead of being able to abuse glitchs and grind high enemies, you need to spend time to accutally interact with the new area and get the full feel of the dlc
