only if they add new stuff, if it's the same 16 bosses It will be really disappointing. The original plan was to have a lot more than 16 colossi.

Plush is the guy who first got me into speed running this amazing game, I cant thank him enough for that, It makes me so happy to see him getting to do what he loves in front of thousands of people, he's worked hard to get here, and I couldn't be more proud.

I always feel so bad about killing Phalanx. He does absolutely nothing to attack you whatsoever. He's just flying around. :/

TeamIndeedJOn phalanx was the hardest boss for me to do. By the time I finished it, my controller was visibly covered in sweat and jimmy heart rate was around 120

​@Owen Page damn really? I find Avion or Pelagia to be much harder, as an experienced player of the game. Avion you have to pick your spots or you'll get slung off and Pelagia is suuuuper finicky to jump off of. the jump onto Phalanx is a bit tricky and you can fall off him if you're not careful but other than that he's really not all that difficult imo

21:17 I remember being stuck on this colossus for SO DAMN LONG! The only reason I learned how to beat him is when I left the game running and went to grab a drink so when I came back I saw him peeking in the hole and was like wait... OH SHIT GO

I like reading memories people have with this game. We all share similar experiences, that moment of frustration and then triumph when you finally figure out how to get on each one and then a mix of sadness and accomplishment as they fall.

I used to wait for it to peek and climb its face my entire childhood. then I watched someone else play and realized you're supposed to climb it from behind and I was like whaaaaaaat 😂 climbing its face def faster tho but I never knew there was another way

@@jtrtx Happened to me w/ Pelagia. Ever since I played I used to jump onto his mask to steer him to the islands. Always very difficult. Then I saw you can swim behind him and climb his back and my world was turned upside down.

I watched this live but I'm watching it again.

A shame the videos don't have chat logs. Chat keeping up SAVE THE ANIMALS BibleThump spam during the entire run was a memorable part of the live experience.

Watching this for strats now that I’m on the time attacks on the PS4 version.

For the 5th colossus, before you jump in the water, if you shoot arrows at him as its perched on the tower he flies over and flaps his wings at you, blowing you backwards. . I never tried but I wonder if there is a way to jump on him as he is close to you up there.

It makes me kinda sad that they're applauding as he kills these majestic beasts.

After I plat SotC PS4, I went and checked PSNProfiles to see who was the fastest plat on the game. There's this guy who 100% the game in 1day and 1hour! What the flying fakk!! I bet the dude is speedrunner who participates in AGDQ's runs. Awesome classic and legendary game. Thank you Sony, Team ICO and especially BluePoint Games!

Really !?! If your PSN is CatCatKitCat I be more impressed. He/She is the fastest Platinum+100% now on the game at 16 hours plus.

I still have my original ps2 file and load it up on occasion. Currently the "stamina" wheel (ill call it that because i really dont know off top of my head what its called) it currently is larger than the screen, 100 ng+'s does that

Is this a time attack mode or something? I might have missed them saying it, but I can't help but notice the timer and the fact that he teleports right to every colossus?? I've spent quite a while just rolling up on these dudes let alone killing them

I love how you don't take yourself seriously and showing examples of "plants" and all of that on PS3. To the point: 12:12... GG Plush, you are the best... Plants 3ème: 18:42 Excellent !!! You knew the technique of double jump on the sword is not it? Why not climb on the second wing, you will be right in front of the first phalanx, and will gain another few seconds, it was superb the first 3 shots are not so difficult, I got there in 15 Mn on Phalanx, what beauty this game, thank you for your runs it's too good to see .Sorry my English is bad...

Is the non-WW1 trench warfare strat even doable on PS2? Malus seems to shoot much more frequently and lead all of his shots with outstanding accuracy.

From what I gather, it stands for "Normal Time Attack." Basically, they play a New Game+ file in "Normal" dificulty and warp to each colossus in a similar fashion to a boss rush.

Gahd I remember playing this on ps2 and taking a day and a half (probably 8 hours) to beat the whole game. Maybe 30 minutes of that were travel. That's seven and a half grueling pathetic hours of climbing and falling off of colossi... 😧 then there's this under an hour boss rush making me feel like a poop head. Admittedly I was like, 16 at the time.

Shadow of the Colossus is kinda how I hope the new monster hunter is gonna be. The one coming out for PC, MH World lmao

kekflip i cause there arent really any cool techs or glitches to speed up travel across the game world. Its basically just time attack plus some cutscenes, dialogue, and riding around on agro.

To simulate, just paste a bunch of emoticons and the same repeated memes in notepad and position it next to your browser. If you slowly scroll it down as you watch, congrats, you're right there in the authentic experience.

Twitch chat isnt meant for actual conversations during big events, like speedrunning our other games' tournaments.

Twitch chat as Sikenofy said is not for actual conversation, is for the memes and the reactions. Is half of the event actually, 50 is the runners and the whole show and the other 50 is Twitch broadcast and his chat.

I hope this game gonna get VR version

Mario Damiani Varies per sigil actually. Avion’s tail sigil has a ridiculously large hitbox, while Gaius’ head sigil (can) have a tiny hitbox depending on if the game feels kind to you.

This is a really lame category. Commit to the whole game, damn you!

Yeah part of the fun of this game is traversing the landscape, but I understand in a marathon environment they are limited by time.
