Yeah you can play as all those characters. I'm gonna list which characters you can play according to my knowledge: Chapter VI - Marcus. June's Plane - June, Marcus. Itu's Plane - Itu(there's 2 of them), Shadow. Epilogue - Ironclad, May, Feldsher Azuma, Xiang Tzu, Itu, June, Marcus, Kitsune-1. June's Adventure: June, Kibo, Ironclad. Void Speaker's Adventure: Indigo, Ishtar, Silver Witch, Mnemos. Fangirl's Adventure: Emperor, Emissary Wei, Phang, Silver Witch. Xiang Tzu's Adventure: Xiang Tzu, Kibo, Jet, Yukka. Sarge's Adventure(available during Winter): Sarge, Gizmo, Greta.

You didn't include the sakura bot set? It has a very op ability!! I always use it for events

After nearly a decade of SF3 and 2 years and a half of SF4 they just decided making a lot of fan service for people to keep playing. Including SF2 features, weapons and bosses in SF3, including SF3 features and bosses in SF4 and letting most of that same characters playable in SF3 like they are in SF4 I swear, I hate them but also love them for it
