People saying it's out of character that Shogun's bodyguards join the fight, you're wrong. Shogun is not supposed to be honorable. He betrayed the emperor to come to power. It's perfectly in character for Shogun, the traitor, to not have a sense of honour.

Anyone could be a legend i did it 6 times.

I was so excited for the boss fight, so I wanted to fight him at his best. Got myself the golden katana and upgraded my sword, armor and helmet and magic just for this occasion and put enchantments on my sword to fight him at the eclipse thinking it would be an epic samurai duel. Turns out even for a samurai, he has no honor and cheap shots you by calling his homies, his armor and health negation especially when you hit him with a four combo and him using three different types of magic. Either way, it was the most fun and intense boss fight I’ve had and the hardest one yet I had a lot of fun, was filled with excitement like BRING IT ON!!!!

For bosses here if you have more rounds won they will go tryhard example 0 rounds won lynx will not go invisible and his time bomb wont occure to you that often. 1 round wins at lynx he will start to go invisible. 2 rounds and the chance of his time bomb effect increase.

A bit incorrect. In the 2nd phrase, Lynx starts using Bomb Enchantments on his claws and shurikens/kunais But in the 3rd one, he adds on Poison enchantment onto his weapons. To my knowledge, Lynx is the only "pre-Act VII" NPC who has two enchants on the same pieces of equipment. And even so, the only other one in the entire base game who shares that distinction, is Justice/May, with her helmet and armor having both Damage Nullification and Rejuvenation (although I don't remember if she had that only in Eclipse rematches or in main game as well...)

This coward runs away as soon as the bodyguards knock me away from him and spams ranged moves, or he just waits for me to get up, head hits me, and it’s over. When I actually get my overheat and frenzy lined up, his enchantment somehow blocks every hit. I call bullshit, Shogun.

Bruh, these weapons have a range of 2 cm approximately and the other long range attacks have long animations so if you miss the opponent may do literally anything and u can't stop. I hate tonfas but I don't hate them the most in this game

This is around 3 years old. It didn't have the fire background. Even then, both devices have the fiery background. "Better" refers to the fact that the player is actually fighting with skills, instead of buying all the gem bought weapons and armor.

When I finally got my hands on the Kusarigama every weapon was obsolete and every battle was too easy lol Shogun did jack shit.

Actually the first round is the hardest in this fight for him cuz just look how aggressive Shogun is and how many his damage absorb ability activates during first round without the help of his bodyguards!! Shogun is the hardest and most dangerous one of Six Bosses after Titan 🧟
