Coach, would there be any chance of a video for dealing with fighters that are constantly putting angles on you? So many videos on using angles, none for defending against them, safely realigning without being turned onto punches etc.

My coach always told me follow them with the back foot, so if they swing to ur right ur back foot is following so you’ll also swing, if u train alone you can find an open space and visualize an opponent, and follow with the back foot, if you follow with the lead you’ll always bump into them, following with the back leg will create distance
