MAYONNAISE CHICKEN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
500gm boneless chicken
1tsp regular red chilli powder
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp salt (according to your taste) 🧂
½ tsp cumin/jeera powder
1 tsp tandoori/tikka masala
1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch
1 tsp vinegar
½ tsp soya sauce
2 tsp red chilli sauce
Mix it well and marinate for 1or2 hours/overnight
After marinate cook the chicken.
First of all add 2-3 tbsp cooking oil
2 inch ginger (crushed)
8-10 cloves (crushed)
2 medium sized onions (chopped) 🧅
Add marinated chicken
1 cup water
cook for 15 mins.
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
mix well.
chicken mayonnaise is ready and serve it.
