I actually love the rookie struggles. What made Newsome so great was his overcoming bad games and getting to watch him grow. Don't give up on Givens. Make him the next Melvin Burress, that is what makes these story lines so great. You need a mentor receiver for him, however to get him boosting faster. This team is good, but next year is when the pressure is on to win it all. Getting Tucker and Givens to star and/or superstar should be the focus of this year. Your O-line and receiving corps are probably not good enough to win it all, so run the offense through your future stars and use Jacobs to finish off wins. Winning is still important as it makes it more likely your guys get awards and dev upgrades in the off season.
