So I know, I said that I reviewed this figure before and it says I mentioned in the video. Not much has changed at all. This SH Figuarts Naruto Shippuden Jiriyah Event Exclusive Action Figure is a Great figure to have, but he does come with a few problems as I mentioned. The plastic quality seems to be the exact same as the original release which is understandable, but I do wish that they would’ve changed it up at least a little bit. Sadly, the legs just don’t support this figure very well in most cases, but if articulated correctly you shouldn’t have a problem getting him to stand. He will look absolutely outstanding in your display and truth be told I really hope that we get another version. You can’t have Jiriyah without sage mode. this looks figure looks so much better than the previous release, hoping we get a Tsunade! also seeing the ice-cream made remember his moments with naruto just before his death😢

Great review! I really like the look of the new one, just hoping this doesn't set a precedent of them rereleasing figures from the 1.0 line that really need a 2.0. 😅

@@just_an_internet_explorer8038 Only ones we got were the expensive Bandai 2003 ones and the trash Mattel ones sadly We do have some good ones like the Figuarts and Ultimate Legends

One other note is the OG has that pump on Jiriyah's nose, the new one doesnt, least if it do its not very noticable, they both look good but different enough id say to work as different face plates, goofy Jiriyah and more serious Jiriyah
The reissue shf jiraiya and shf sage mode jiraiya will be a anime accurate figure
The reissue shf jiraiya and shf sage mode jiraiya both should have a fabric wired cloth robe and scroll and the height of both figures are should be taller cuz he is 6'3 and kakashi is only 5'11 while naruto and sasuke have same height in shippuden
i can say that the face in this version are more accurated
I hope they release this on P-Bandai after the events

I think in one of their recent posts they said in august the event exclusives will go up for pre order.

they are very hard to put on, you think they went in but they did not, you need tokeep pushing and move in circules so it fits, i had exactly the same problem as you (i though the figure was defective) but i keep on trying to push it on and eventually got it, just be patient
are you going to be reviewing the Majin Vegeta aswell?

The faces of the older one looks way more accurate then the new one (for me at least), for the hair i still prefer the old one to (Jiraiya have really white hair), but i prefer the red of the new "jacket" and love that new extra face.
