personally, i would probably just need the kitchen plus that sliding door for seperating the kitchen. my main worry is the new beamless design in the tengah project i selected, will it add complexity to any works needed? i havent opt in for the Centralised cooling system from SP because of recent articles showing the trunking coming from top of door and going straight into the living room. waterfront project layout for 2 room is enter kitchen , then short "corridor" into living room

@@acs4410 depending on the materials/equipment, compexity and how fast. that's an average price. a detailed quotation would probably be given before signing an agreement.

next year i can buy house when reach 35
