I like that they are both using Fight Pads rather than the arcade sticks which most pros usually use. Good to see Snake Eyez back in SF6!

While in SF4 days it was mostly top tiers dominating. Say what you want about SFV, but it's more diverse and balanced than SF4.

Haha I love how Punk couldn't psycho even tiny bit for calm and experienced player like Snake Eyez when he stopped his Pikachu Hat drama. Snake looked at the drama and think 'what the hell this guy doing'.

i didnt think they could top ceo 2016 gf but they did! close set set but snake eyez had some amazing rounds and its great to see a gief win without ever being sent to losers.

I now considered Snake Eyez/Dragon Eyez the most consistent western player. There was a time when he whine and lose hope on Gief but he took it like a champ and show his loyalty to the end (Gief 2.5 buff greatly helps too)

For all the crap this game has gotten, it's super fun to play and watch.

Punk should have released Pikachu

to all the folks talking bad about PUNK, you guys are forgetting something major; snake eyez and punk are the most dynamic stars to come out of this new generation of fighter games, they're drawing new viewers and making old viewers excited to watch SF again. I've not seen a more enjoyable finals or top 8 in a long time, most of the japanese finals are less read focused compared to characters punk and snake are using.
