so it seems akuma knows the power of nothingness just like Ryu does....this isn't same akuma who killed his master,attempted to kill his own brother and always tried to tempt ryu into accepting the satsui no hado. this is someone different

In SFIV Rose says Oni is supposed to rise and be a threat in the future, its her win quote when you beat him as her. So I would say he indeed defeated Kage.

It's normal difficulty, as seen in the first 5 seconds. While not exactly challenging, at least I can perform some fancy combos using real skill, not TAS or whatever, hopefully someone appreciates this. I love a human like CPU and I'd say the Arcade Mode difficulty has been tweaked since its original release.
