SFM logo/bumper (late 70's-early 80's.)
The classic (and creepy to my childhood ears!) bumper for shows distributed by SFM Media Corporation. Features the voiceover: "Distributed by the SFM Entertainment Division or SFM Media Corporation." The beeps are S-F-M in Morse Code.

I used to see this mainly at the end of the Disney Channel's syndicated run of 'Care Bears' (1986-88).

Forget the V of doom! That one never bothered me, but this would have.
no one gonna talk that one corporation thinking it was source filmmaker in the 80s, not this?
I saw this on TV once at my Grandma's house but I remember it being a version lacking the announcer and only having the morse code-like beeping....It was pretty creepy but I was not only with my family but it was also during the day so it wasn't as bad.

It IS morse code, beepin "S.F.M." 3 times.

This logo was actually used from around 1985 to 1998, when the advertising side of SFM was purchased by French agency Havas and the entertainment side was spun off to a separate company that retained the SFM name and logo.

French agency Havas also purchased the Knowledge Adventure product brand, renaming it as Havas Interactive

Stan Moger is a well known voiceover artiste who has done things from popular ads to children's instructional videos. It is not surprising that he was the voice of the SFM Holiday Network, a series of classic family movies that aired during the Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons. (The SFM Holiday Network used the theme "Heavy Action" by Johnny Pearson.)

Especially if you were around from 1978 to 1994.
I first saw this logo after Zoobilee zoo 32 years ago
I always found this logo more annoying than creepy as a kid. That morse code beeping used to drive me nuts.
It was creepy too
Used from 1980 until 1998.
Weird too this is made. Mind i found his colors. Like Colombia sure? I'll do this theme. Do you want hear this logo? I can do exercises.
