It doesn't fit the lore, the closest thing we have is red pupils in Silver eyes, red pupils mean they're controlled by Afton. 2nd closest is the bright red eyes Freddy has in Help Wanted, but that's like 10 times brighter than what we have here

I understand why they did red eyes, it’s the animatronics being controlled by Afton (which doesn’t make any sense to me considering FNAF 1 wasn’t about Afton controlling them, rather it was about the kids) but I strongly dislike the style they used for the red eyes in the movie.
