[SFM] Chaos Conundrum

It's been quite some time coming for this animation, but I do hope the wait was worth it ^^ It's been a while since my last classic short, and this one in particular was quite fun to put together. We start out with little classic Sonic on a standard any percent run when we learns that there is a final stage that he can only enter if he is Super Sonic. Thus begins his quest!

Awesome work! I love how the characters feel alive. Their interactions with Sonic are so true to the original series. Especially loved those with Espio and Blaze. And the obligatory face-first fall. :D

I have 2 questions. 1: Why does Sonic lose the Chaos Emeralds every game, and 2: Why did Eggman specifically challenge one of the most powerful beings in the universe to a battle?

Well in the first three games the emeralds disappear, and then sonic gets them knocked out of his reach but i don’t know anything else

Actually even sonoc x explained this Knuckles or tails said that if sonic want to separe the emeralds he being super sonic can Separete all of them or in the other case is because they are too poweful to being too close of each other so the Got Separete in an explosion (I guess thats why, and make sense in one point but in 2d games if in the first stage you can have all the 7 emeralds you can keep them All game soo it break this explanation on the Series, But still Make sense like)

Im seeing this for the first time and i just got to your channel today, all i can say is YEEESSSS the story telling is believable and the way you go about telling it is phenomenally entertaining, keep up the amazing work! The sonic fan in me lives for these kinds of things! Side note. Im getting into SFM and i would appreciate some help and pointers as to how to work it. If you could help me that would be greatly appreciated.

The first time I saw this at the end when he gets crushed I thought it was hilarious like 4 times but after watching it more It kinda made me feel bad bc of how much hard work and stress he went through to get all the chaos emeralds to go super.

There are actually two emeralds in 0:32. You must have mistaken one of Sonic's fingers for an emerald.
