4:29 amazing Air-Tatsumaki + double Sho-Ryu-Ken

Take a look at the hurtboxes for Akuma, Ryu and Ken on their fireballs. Akuma’s stops at his shoulder, Ryu stops just before his fingers, and Ken’s extends out his fingers. That’s why you don’t see Kenners trying to zone with FB. The hurtbox pictures are insane. You literally can’t punish Akuma like you can with Ryu and Ken.

Is everyone the #1 Ranked Akuma? 😅

How is that parry combo possible?? He only +3 after the dragon lash... I'm sooo confused

What music is that at the beginning?

At 7:39 why does naoonnuse the MP > MP target combo in after the HK? Doesn't that just wreck the scaling? Or does ending with the heavy tatsu somehow make that worth it for corner carry purposes?

for meterless corner casrry, im guessing. Better dmg using 3 bars of meter for DR would be something like stHK stMK ->-> stHP stMP stMP (target combo) cancel QCB LP HPShoryu (opitonal lvl 3 end), does 3061 dmg normally, unsure about dmg after DI. This can also allow for either lvl 1 or 2 super after light tatsu while theyre about to fall in the air. As another note, the MP target combo maintains current scaling on the second hit, so it wouldnt be a problem for dmg. I like using it because the cancel window is pretty forgiving

I’d be down for Li-Fen if he was a boy. What was Capcom thinking? We don’t need a Chun clone. With a boy, he can Gen 2.0.

@@prikshit-424-9 Yeah kind of sucks, I picked up SF5 and they teased several USF4 characters - C. Viper and Gen, in the story mode. We need both for SF6! They should drop “guest” characters in the later seasons, before SF7

I called it, Tokido sticking w/ Ken. Yes WE KEN!!! Akuma is overtuned, but his toolkit is more limited than at first glance. Ken has better throw strike high low pressure.

@@yaboiiunclephil1552 take 2 throws, then do other options like back dash or DRev. If you’re watching replays, they’d rather take 1200dmg versus 3000 for a Ken BnB

A lot of ppl don’t play ranked at all. 95% of my matches are casual or battlehub. I just dislike the “chore” aspect of LP and MR, and it will tilt you. I just did my placement matches with my main.

Yes, after BAM he decided to use only Ken. Personally i believe it is a mistake, he isn't strong enough with Ken

Just because he won this set doesn’t mean Akuma is stronger when it comes to tournament level. Ryu and Ken are clearly stronger in this game especially after the patch.
