Ferit, when you are in the half light, I do not like the half I see...
Honestly, this show is impeccable in many aspects, especially the many topics that it questions and reflects on. The lead female is a strong independent woman who is learning to build a life with the circumstances given. Nevertheless, this turn in Ferit's behaviour is not acceptable, how he is treating Seyran: controlling her, telling her what to do, who to meet, yelling at her... I was so disappointed in him, and yes, he is developing feelings he had not had before and he is in a constant civil war, not understanding why he is feeling bad and confused, why he is not feeling any satisfaction from his 'relationship' with Pelin, I understand that... but putting all his frustrations on Seyran is painful and plain childish.
Because of that, after finishing the episode, I started this. I love this song and it vibes with the intense feelings Ferit, especially, is experiencing at the moment. Yes, nothing to do with my first happy and light edit of these two. I was trying to feed on the mood I felt during episode 5.
What are your thoughts on Ferit's behaviour?

@@thefrecklesedits Their chemistry and amazing, believable acting is one of the only reasons I’m watching. At this point (the recent ep) there is not turning back for a character like Ferit….it’s not even a morally grey character it’s just fucked up in all shades of black. Really rooting for Seyran tho….we really are gonna see Seyran really getting what she deserves at least in her aspirations. Recent ep Ferit just reminded me of wattpad quality main lead tbh😂🤢 Mert’s portrayal of Ferit tho🤌🏼 I’m sorry I’m ranting🥲

@@khusshinayyer647 I gave up time ago as I felt this was coming, but definitely acting and chemistry are on point. The same, I was rooting for Seyran and Abidin as the two characters who being so selfless suffer the most. I hope that both, specially Seyran can get out of those toxic relationships and follow her goals. And no worries, I completely understand! 😉 Ateş kuşları is a new dizi that I really recommend, if you want to give it a try 🤍

küfür etmek yayın kuralları gereği yasaktır. küfür etmedi. Dizilerimizde kızlar sinirliler çünkü erkekler onlara kötü davranıyorlar ve kızlar hakkını arıyorlar. Türkiyenin toplumsal bir problemi. Aslında bir yandan Türk kadınına da cesaret veriyorlar.

You may have not understood the dialogue or misread the subtitles, because she did not curse at all. All she was saying were truths and facts and she had the right to speak out for herself. This character is a strong female character and this is what we need in TV.
