I don’t think that should be a basis for a decision. Some people marry rich and then lose the money down the road and vice versa. The real questions to ask is whether your man is working to bettering himself, does he have a vision beyond what he is now, etc. What is his relationship with the Lord? (This is important because it determines everything) sometimes poverty is generational. If your man never got any richer, would you still love and marry him? If no, then it’s something you should reconsider. Our vows say “for richer or for poorer” meaning you are marrying the person and not what they are. Forget the pressures from society, family or friends and look within. You will have your answer. I hope this helps ❤
