Probably one of the greatest performances on PMJ in a ceaceless torrent of outstanding performances. It's not just about the technicality of the vocal work, this one is POWERFUL and deep, and gorgeous, and rich. A fantastic song to riff off of, and a gorgeous voice, make for a deadly combination. I listen to this one at least once a week just to get those fuzzy feelings!

I didn't give it a thumbs down but as much as I wanted to like this version, it just sounds like a bunch of yelling. I have yet to hear a good remake of this. Beyonce did a sexier version with voice effects which was different and sounded okay.

Master Scott Bradlee, wow, you’ve knocked one out of the park yet again. I saw the song, “Sex on Fire” by the incomparable Kings of Leon, a Bluesy Southern Rock Juggernaut, and your vintage Soul setting, reminiscent of the late 50’s and 60’s and I thought sure, why not. Man o’ man, when you’re right, you’re right. Gorgeous piece. I have to say, the ensemble was not only it usual stratospheric Standard, they very nearly stole the the show‼️. Who doesn’t love some Bone in their Soul? Bari sax? Are you kidding me? That’s a switch hitter in the 9th going lefty. Brilliant choice‼️ Who is this Lady Adanna Duru⁉️ She is on tall drink of water‼️‼️ She is 100 kinds of sexy and that’s just her voice, and she is a KNOCKOUT to boot‼️ Her prescience is so light, delicate, demure, sultry and overwhelmingly commanding. Her every motion has purpose. That purpose is to steal men’s hearts, make women want to be he her, be her friend, but most of all... make everyone just just sit back, order a Macallan’s 25, neat, and just experience, feel, take it all in, be part of her gorgeous performance. That voice, dear Lord, complete control, unwavering, hitting every note as she commands it. It flows like honey, ready to ensnare you in its seductive sweetness. Simply mesmerizing‼️ Well Master Scott, you were inspired, you took that inspiration and ran with it. Collaborated with some damn good musicians and hell of a talented vocalist and made PMJ, and me, PROUD‼️‼️ BRAVISSIMO‼️‼️‼️🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🙆🏻‍♂️🙆🏻‍♂️🙆🏻‍♂️💗💗💗🎤🎤🎤🎹🎹🎹🎼🎼🎼
