Sewing Update| New loungewear & Help Needed! Print Company Suggestions| 3.16.24

Hi Friends,
I took a break from bridal sewing for a bit of maternity/nursing-friendly sewing last week. I made two cozy knit sets that will be great for the post-partum journey! I have some tips on sewing with knits and when/where I include knit interfacing.
I need help finding a printer that will accept A4/ letter size downloads but print at the A0 scale. Does that even exist? It turns out the PDF of the ME2065 pattern I bought does not come with an A0/copy shop file, so we have been on hold with the blazer project until we can find a less time-consuming way to get the pattern printed and cut. Please HELP!

Thank you so much! The loungewear sets were so comfy especially during those early days with baby boy! I really enjoy Crystal’s channel and her beautiful makes for herself and her family. She has great nursing friendly tips that I’ve definitely been inspired by, thank you for the recommendation!

Thank you so much! I was so happy to have made those two items, and I’m looking forward to making a few more items that will be good for nursing, but also will fit into my wardrobe when I am beyond that stage

Thank you so much! They are super cozy, they are definitely better for cooler weather though, so I’d like to make more for the hot weather we are getting now in lighter fabrics 🤗

I was sooo excited to see a nursing friendly pattern, my mind immediately went to hacking my own, but this was a pleasant surprise!
Two rows of elastic around my waist POSTPARTUM?!?! Absolutely not! Forfeit pockets?? Poppycock! We need to carry aspirators, and nursing pads! I love how your sets came out!❤ I’m down to buy the paper pattern for Bestie if you can’t find a printer. You know I’m not far away.

Hello Fatmata! JA in Columbia has the paper McCall's pattern on sale for $2.99 until the end of the month! Yes, patterns are now $2.99 but having the paper version will save you a bit of stress, no? Let me know how I can help.

Auset l, thank you so much! I was so grateful to get my hands on the appear pattern for the backless blazer, it was so much more helpful for me. What a doozy of a project this was, but I’m glad I was able to complete it!

Unfortunately, the pattern didn’t have the A0 option, luckily we got the paper pattern this time. But I’ll keep Office Depot in mind along with pdf plotting
