A new born is usually meant by 0 to 6 months. Not 6 to 12 months. Literally realised this wasnt for a newborn after wasting my only piece of fabric that i had.

The very fist measurement for the rectangle fabric says 21.5 in x 8 in, but it looks like your measuring tape says 16 inches? Im confused where the 8 inches is?
