Little ones is so brutal, i can feel all kinds of painful emotions throughout the entire album, this is one of her best albums and i love it. the atmosphere is soo dark, it feels like being dragged to hell and end up in a empty place where only regrets are left.
thematically speaking, this is her best album. this is a harsh, heavy and crushing electronic album that stands out from her other albums because of all that darkness surrounding it. it's a shame that she regrets making those old stuff, because this is true art nonetheless

The complexity and the duality of her work is honestly so fucking powerful. The ability to mix heaven and hell in such a dynamic way is something that is both disturbing and beautiful. It’s like I can feel her pain in every beat and synth on each track. Controversial, versatile, and emotional. There is no other artist like her. She is so fucking talented.

I keep thinking about that opening monologue for Little Ones. It's so interesting. On one hand, the ideals it is advocating for are good ones, but on the other, the person sounds vicious and possibly sarcastic, which is further enhanced by the distortion and other effects. I would guess that the meaning is to do with how progressive values are often warped, both by conservatives and liberals, and how even good intentions can be harmful and regressive, but I'm not at all sure. It might be another layer more meta than that, and the confusion it inspires is itself the point. Knowing whatever meaning might be behind it won't help me enjoy the music, anyhow.
@jon...5324
Imo the next layer is likely jvnko's own experience, of those values being parroted over and over but in the end when she needed it there wasn't any of those ideals in the actions of those who spoke them. it's about the tension between how people want to act, and what people perceive as "right". and on the other side, how people are perceived to act, and how they actually behave when the chips are down. and how those differences can be damaging to the people caught in the middle

I'm going through and listening to all her music now after she quit. I gotta say, this one speaks to me
Oh, sorry guys, no english here. A big thanx for reupload btw.

I love most of the songs on this album, but my god does private life hurt my ears. I figure that’s the point, to stimulate the concept of going through some kind of traumatic or intense event, but still.

In my opinion this is the best material jvnko has made, slowly grew a distaste for her more popular releases they don't attract me as much as they used to. I never knew she messed with harsh noise/PE, as a fan of the genre, this is very top notch use of it. It's dark and suffocating, with only the most necessary amounts of evil. If only people could quit being such snowflakes about what jvnko does.

easily my favorite from hers, a shame she had to take it down since its pre edgy.

I just had to go look at a bunch of Power Electronics songs just to be sure, and I dont think the genre of this album could really be considered that. The main differences that i've noticed are that the songs in this album have more of a beat to them, they have a sort of rythm. As for most Power Electronic songs, they dont really have a rythm or a beat at all, and most likely dont even have any sort of bpm. They're mainly pure noise. If you wanna know what power electronics really is, i suggest you listen to something like 'Whitehouse - Why You Never Became A Dancer". a horrible song which could be considered barely listenable to most. I dont really know much about power electronics, but what i can say is that its barely even music, although still technically is. It's not really something you can say about this album
