I am not much of a cat person (dogs all the way) but when you meet a cat outside they usually meow back if you meow them. It also seems to reduce the risk of getting your hands shredded if you pet them! Though i am always carefull when i try to pet a cat. A coworker told me, that her 35 year old and cat experienced daughter once tried to pet a farmcat and it scratched her hand up so bad that the next trip was to the next doctor who bandaged the whole hand. So year, dogs all the way. At least i can easily read a dog and have a warning if it wants to maul me :p

@@Daniel-rd6st Barn cats are not friendly little kitties - they are employees of the farm and help to keep the rodent population down. They are near feral, and usually cannot be touched unless they are fairly young kittens. The aggressiveness makes them successful at their jobs.

@@Daniel-rd6st all animals need some trust from you.. Feral cats that can support their own life, would not want to be near human. But once they need support, i.e. hungry and can't find food or ill, they will approach human but with highly cautious. Once they know the human can be trusted, they will willingly interact with people they trust 😊

Funny thing is, as a child i crawled through tighter drainage pipes (they were a save shortcut to get on the other side of a busy road) but i dont know if i could do that today. Probably only one way to find out :p

Terri seemed so happy and excited for her first sewer rescue. And you know why? Because she got help from the best animal rescue team on the planet. If there's any other better ones, they're probably on Jupiter. Don't you agree?

It must've been so claustrophobic and scary down there! Imagine all the spiders and other gross bugs!! I cannot believe they crawled thru those small holes and all! Amazing save.. 💞🐱

Hope for paws- hope for mankind - giving a kitten as much importance as a human.Sewers are so clean ! So was the kitten - it was so lovely ! But the humas risked their lives for a kitten - it is something !

There had to be a sense of humor in there somewhere in that nasty sewer. Lol. I was on the edge of my seat. That closed in sewer space did make it easier to catch little Slinky. She had only two escape routes & they were both covered.lol. thanks to Hope for Paws.

Excellent rescue, please remember that for the sake of terrified animals that being calm and quiet, especially in an echo chamber like the sewer will help them be more calm themselves.

Oh my God, that was dangerous, scary but again you did it. That is fantastic, bravery, Angeles do come sometimes to save . Thank you.

There really needs to be less animals roaming around like this, I’m glad that your doing this, it always makes my day. ❤️❤️❤️

What a joke. Eldad is one of these secular Israelis who saw no holiness whatsoever in the Land of Israel, and abandoned both his country and his religion to catch stray dogs and cats.

If all animal's could be this important, there would be so many lives saved everyday just as important. So many beautiful, abused, treatable & homeless animals are killed needlessly everyday in kill shelters. If only people would be responsible to spay & neuter their pets, also, feral's to spay & neuter clinics, that charge smaller fees. God bless you Eldad & your team for what you all do.
