Incredible. At first I was angry at the property owner but hearing her circumstances, I understand why she let it go. So glad she found you guys. Hopefully it'll motivate her more and give her hope.

That place needs to be gutted and cleaned of that mold. That surely isn't helping with her health either. Hope you guys all showered & scrubbed thoroughly after this. And.. another thing: ANOTHER CLIFF HANGER?!? *grumpy munching on chips and quietly grumbling* (Love you and your team.. just not good at cliff-hangers lol )

I rarely sympathize with landlords, but this… this is just bad and horrible all way round and I feel their pain, they don’t deserved this! Even if the building is drained and desert bones dry, you would still have to hope it wasn’t built from timber, less an expensive chemical wash is necessary to cleanse it. This house is truly a case of „Kill it (the mold) with fire!“, be it heating the walls to a temperature too hot to touch, or chemically burning it away with acids and bases. Once more I share my condolences and wish these poor landlords the best!

It's interesting to see the difference in plumbing design here vs standard American plumbing. There are so many more drains! It's like every room is equipped with a floor drain. I know the culture is obviously very different but it does seem like a lot of extra maintenance and room for things to go wrong. I hope the clients situation can be improved, much love.

Will there be a problem like that if the gradient is correct? We have Similar problem in our house and it took days for the grease to go out. We just put a hose connected to our pump and put it in our floor drain. We alsomfear that our grsdient is improper.
