Sew to Sell. My best sellers for one whole year How I earn a living selling my handmade sewing items
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
This is a breakdown of the handmade items I've sewn and sold for the entire year. There were a few surprises in store for me, expecially when compared to the quarterly breakdown I've been providing the past year.
Also incredibly surprising, was the amount of handmade stock I have actually sewin in one year.
My fabric labels and the style I use are from
wunderlabel.com.au/?affil=chr...
now that I have an affilliation with them, I may get a small commission on sales.

Love ALL your videos. I do appreciate your quarterly updates as they show what is trending. Fantastic amount of sales. I was inspired by your videos to make 12 Christmas gifts for family and friends for very little cost. Being a pensioner there is very little money to go around. It was wonderful to see the suprised look on their faces as they opened their gifts . Thank you for sharing your knowledge and keep up the good work.

@@ChristinesHomeAffairs I've made lots of shopping bags also, some sold at markets. But I mainly use them for wrapping gifts in so no paper is needed. They work great, and the extra gift factor. I am certain your bags will always be number one. And rightly so. Now you need the lines ones to take off also. For $20 that is a great price. People should really be grateful that you get given your fabrics. You are able to send the blessings on. ☺️

I love that you place the gifts inside the bags instead of wrapping them. I have so many more customers doing this each year. 😀

@@ChristinesHomeAffairs You're welcome, Christine. :)
I love your breakdown videos, and what i really love is how much you emphasise that the cost does include your time. It is so important not to underestimate the value of our own time when we make things to sell. The Red/Black polka-dot dress at the beginning of the video is stunning.

Love how Coco came in to congratulate you on your 2022 sales - what a cutie:) What you do sounds really enjoyable to me as I love to create and repurpose and make old stuff new again too. I'd have to add a section for selling plants in addition to sewing as I propagate so many houseplants. Was selling them on offerup here in US but I'm doing what I can to slow down and relax a bit now that I'm retired. Wishing you another great year!
