Pretty fabrics

I love this box! In just about every Sew Sampler survey I request a larger, usable size pattern! I am so excited they included a nice size quilt pattern. The tiny ruler is cute, but honestly it looks like an accident waiting to happen. How many people are going to slice their fingers using that little thing? Yikes! :O I do think this is a wonderful box though.

I'm pretty sure Kimberly Jolly asked Creative Grids to create this tiny template/ruler. But yes, it DOES look like an accident waiting to happen 🤣 even after watching her use it!!

You can try free motion on table runner or baby quilt, something small!!

I love looking at these boxes but I wish you would focus your camera down on the box and items more as you open it.

As usual had to wait for my box to arrive before I could watch. I’m scared to use that paper too…afraid I will totally mess up my project. That ruler is so cute but it’s so small that I’m afraid that I’ll cut myself. Oh guess I’m having issues today. 😂 Thanks for taking one for the team and unwrapping the fabric bundle. The background fabric is included in the finishing kit…almost $60 for the kit this month. I usually order the kit but not sure because of the cost and so many projects ahead of this. I love this month’s box!! Mine is at the post office but I have not gone to town yet to pick it up. So, I tried to resist but I fell off the wagon and had to view your video! LOL. I also plan to do the Pressed Flowers quilt; I bought the patterns that I did not have since I am pretty new to the box. I like the pattern and the fabrics so much. What fun this will be. I can already see you using that tiny ruler to cut your 1 1/2 inch scraps! LOL. Happy quilting……………

OH MY ! I ❤ LOVE ❤. this Box! And I owe it all to you! Can’t wait to try the Quilting Elementz paper! I hope they have more of it and in different patterns such as holiday themes etc etc. and LOVE the mini template! And the kit patter is awesome! And the gorgeous Pressed Flowers pattern (need to get the first three though) . Makes for an awesome mail day!

I’ve never been able to free motion on my regular machine. I would not have purchased so I’m glad it’s included. I’m scared too.

Mine isn't here yet, but I figured I needed to see what's in the box from you first, lol. I love that there is a larger quilt pattern this month! The tiny ruler I am not too sure about as I like my fingers intact lol

Make yourself a cute table runner, and try the quilt paper. Use the round open toe so you can see the design. You know you've got this. You can use it to put your machine on, to dampen the vibration and sound from the machine. Hugs,Chel 🌸

Ahhhhhh !!! Makes me so nervous. I’ve quilted some small wall hangings before and my bags but that’s as far as I got 😂

The thought of using basting spray on the top of my quilt top makes me shutter. Hopefully someone from the swap page will take those free motion sheets off my hands! 😂😊 Love the fabrics and the full size pattern! The teeny tiny Creative Grids ruler is a hoot! All in all, it’s a pretty great box IMHO!

I love Urban Elementz designs. Andrea, it’s easy to use and I know you can do it! I’ve used their designs and they are wonderful. Just use a smaller stitch as you would when using foundation paper piecing in order to pull it off. Good luck!

I would make a large square with 2 plain fabric and batting, and put the paper in it, and try it. They say u need a lot of practice to get the correct speed so that the stitches look ok on the back. Practice.

Yes it’s a tiny ruler. Actually Kimberly jolly ask if they could make a one and a half in.² ruler. I think she’s had it for a while and now the Sew sampler box is the first one I believe to get it. I called today to see where I can get it and they said they would let me know when it comes out to the public enjoy.

That is my thought, too. That sticky is fine for a quilt sandwich but not on the top!

I like the pattern and fabric, what color will your background be - white? I think I'll go with a grunge color.

Hi wondering how long it takes to receive the boxes? I joined through your affiliate link ( I know you don’t send them). I received a notice they were sending last week. Do they send a tracking number? Ups or post office? Thank you.

They so send tracking. They just changed their provider unfortunately It used to be straight usps and take a couple days. Now they use ups then it transfers to usps and takes 4-5 days (for me here in Arkansas) it’s coming from Texas

You’re supposed to wait to August 30 to reveal the sew sampler box!

I've seen you before. I'm not trying to be mean. But I wish that you would wait until the First Day of the Next Month to Reveal the Sew Sampler Box from previous Month. Not everyone gets their Box in a Timely Manner. I don't watch Your posts because that's what you start with

To continue is you did the Reveal at the end of your post, then I would stop watching at that point. Unless the whole post is the reveal. I love watching you
