I’m sorry but I just can’t do the music while you talk. I would love to watch this video because it’s what I’m learning and meditative stitching for me means peace and quiet so I can meditate. From the little I saw, it’s beautiful.

This is a Japanese art of stitchery called Boro, but it seems that it's also "Slow Stitch"...I've never heard of it before, but thank you for sharing this video. Doing these little stitcheries is very mindful and zen like....it takes my worries and stresses and calms my monkey mind. Your pieces are very lovely.

This is a lovely video. Thank you for making it! I found you by a KZread search for “mindful stitching”. The Batsford books are fabulous (love the fuzzy covers)! I’m in a book/stitch club where we’ve been working our way through them during the pandemic. I’m glad you didn’t edit out the bit where you had to rethread your needle, keeping it real. :) Question: what is that interesting looking thread holder in the upper left corner of the screen? (PS as with other commenters, I agree that the music at a lower volume would have made it easier to hear your words - you have a very nice and soothing voice!)
