Ingredients -
For making papdi :
• Refined flour (maida) 1 cup
• Semolina (sooji) 1 cup
• Ajwain 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Cooking oil 4-5 tbsp
• Water as required
For tamarind chutney :
• Boiling water 750ml
• Tamarind 1/2 cup
• Jaggery/sugar 1/2 cup
• Red chilli powder 1 tsp
• Roasted cumin powder (jeera powder) 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
For green chutney :
• Fresh coriander leaves 100gm
• Fresh mint leaves 50gm
• 4 green chillies
• Ginger 1 inch
• Salt to taste
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Water as required
