My guess is they have cheap sleeve bearings in there. Not ball bearings ?

Yes it will stay on all night without the timer. I usually leave mine on all night, it acts like white noise.

I just bought one and on the second night the oscillation has started making a clicking noise have you had this problem?

I have the older black colored Seville fan, and yes mine clicks too when it's oscillating

We have four and knock on wood they still work great

The screw in the carpet cracked me up as did the pussy cat...soon as they hear a box no matter what...zooooommmmm they are there!

It is actually great, we now have 3 in the house, all still working great

Mine seems to speed up and freak out at times, it seems defective.

No that’s with it on the regular basic fan mode. I have a feeling the settings got messed up on it unfortunately.

mine just stopped blowing air out it turns on but doesn’t blow air do u know why?
