I did 2 doses so- 10 days. But people are telling me to dose more, but the twitching has stopped. I think I’m going to wait bc I don’t want to overdue treatments!

You def saved him, and that’s what stopped his twitching 🙌🙏

Prazipro says on label not to mix with water conditioners that contain sulfur such as prime I think the mix can deplete oxygen

I have a rainbow fish named Kevin who goes nuts every now and then. He'll swim straight into the tanks gravel, hit the side of the tank with audible thuds, and even jump out of the water. I'm really not sure if he's just getting spooked by my presence, none of my other rainbows act like this, or if he has some condition that needed taking care of. Recently, he freaked out and really disoriented himself. He was swimming upside down for a while and eventually recovered. I didn't know what else to do so I let him be. The next day, today, he did it again. Ramming into everything, jumping out the water, then getting stuck upside down again. This time he was stiff and shaking, which concerned me. He corrected himself again but there's something very wrong with him, he swims in no particular direction and bumps into the side of the tank, his body is always angled upward now. He's no longer swimming erratically but I don't think that means much at this point. I'm really unsure what's wrong with him, and I doubt he's gonna make it. If anyone could give me some ideas as to what might've been the issue, stress, sickness, or just spooked easily, I'd appreciate it. I don't want to replicate this with my other fish.

Does the prazi pro kill the parasite in the tank as well? I know we have to do water change to potentially get it out after falling off the fish but what if we didn’t get it? Will the parasite live in the tank until it finds another host?

I am starting the treatment today. My question is how many days do you need to give them the medicine and do you need to clean the water every day and adding the medicine again? Or do you just leave them in till they get better?

Prazi Pro is the best med IMO! I use it every time I add new live plants and new fish. It's a must. It treats multiple illness as well. Between this and also Ick X I use both for new fish. Also Prazi won't destroy the bio load or kill plants or fish fry. Amazing med! I also use Prime as well. But recently went back to Stress Zyme just bc I had bad Ick from a new clown loach. The fish were a little chewed up so went with Stress Zyme for now. Will go back to Prime soon.

I have two goldfish fry (4 weeks old on tuesday) and I've noticed one of them recently has been basically spazzing out when it's swimming around and it's tail is always up in the air. I just dont know what's wrong with it. The tub they're in isn't cycled as I never expected my 2 goldfish to breed (I'm currently cycling my 29 gallon for them) I try to change the water either every day or every other day. As far as I know its able to eat it just can't seem to swim that well. The other goldfish seems ok

I’m treating two marine fish, a bicolor angel (Zelda) and a pink clownfish (daisy) and I was dosing a teaspoon and doing a water change every day…. I’m so dumb I was wondering why the fish was itching, and didn’t know I had to leave it in for 5 days ahah I would just redose after every water change because I feed heavy when I first quarantine fish. This was helpful and hopefully the fish don’t starve before the 5 day mark.

Definitely alot of difference with the swimming. You must feel terrified seeing him swim erratically

I just bought a goldfish yesterday that acts exactly how your fish was acting before but I too aren't sure if it's flukes as I've never experienced it with my fish before.. I only have the one gold fish in the tank. Should I try prazipro since it helped cure yours? Should I remove the bio filter wheel if I do use it when the filter is on?

I would try Prazi! It worked great BUT follow the directions & you have to repeat the dose once a week.

I treated my goldfish this because she had flukes and maybe ich she was chased and harassed by the male godlfish i donated the male gold fish to the pet shop after i treated my female goldfish pravipro for 2 weeks she still twitched while swimming the pravipro didnt heal her why it that also i have a second female gold fish my niece just put the new female goldfish in the tank out of the bag right away. And the new female goldfish is twitching more than the other goldfish How do i fix this what meds can i give them to heal both of my gold fish Please help me😢 😢 because my goldfishes are suffering i treated them with prazipro twice already. Please advise me thank you.

You shall change water lesser as they would become more nervous in fresh water.

I have a 60 gallon aquarium for my goldfish. I've read in forums to double the dose when it comes to larger aquariums. Should I stick to one dose or double the dose?

Did you have any luck? My goldfish is acting spastic at times. He will yawn and then swim erratically for a few seconds and then go back to normal...

@@aarikanherfish I actually used the FishAid kit made by Ruby Reef. It has bottles of RallyPro and kick-ich pro. I dosed as directed. I am more cognizant of water changes now as well. I wasnt sure if it did too much. I dont think the main Goldie is doing it as much. Some of it I think is just his behavior. But then again...i dont notice it like I was.

@@biggsjeep9584 Thank you. I can actually see the white hair-like parasites on his stomach. He does the yawn and dart thing and usually he nose dives into the sand. I just ordered prazipro and general cure and going to keep using Imagitarium until I see results or the other meds show up.

And why not? If you are going to preach that Goldfish need to be in ponds, the most important thing you need to realise is most aquariums, obviously not this one but most including mine contain far more water volume then the ponds that people rush out and buy

Annoying....

You probably would save alot money on just getting another fish, instead of buying all types of medication for a sick fish.
