I know I'm extremely late, but thanks for posting this video! One of my fondest memories of living here was this intense thunderstorm, and this brought back some vivid memories (whether good is to be judged).

This was one of the most intense storms I've ever seen in the northeast!

What a storm 😮

Definitely a supercell I mean look at the structure of the storm plus all the positive lightning and the fact the storm is rotating.

I live in Middletown, and I remember that storm so well. I was shaking the entire time. That street looks familiar. Is that Randolph Rd?

I screamed my eyes out all throughout the storm.

I think this storm came to Maine and dropped 3 tornadoes in one day.

Yeah it was!

I was in Manchester that evening, and SAW that very storm from a distance. Frustrated that the storm itself was so far away!! . . . . .Cromwell must also have been hit.

Wonderful video, my friend. However, be safe. Standing outside like that during a thunderstorm is very dangerous due to the lightning. I've had a couple of close calls myself. Safety first! I subscribed! I heard that lightning can strike up to 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. If you hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck.

That storm sucked i was in middletown for the day and there was a thunder bolt near the house which made the lights go out

Pennsylvania gets bad storms too

Agreed. I have been in a tornado when visiting my grandparents in Nebraska
