The wind in the video that picks up after a few minutes in dies off after about 5 minutes or so. I'll have to watch the video again to verify after our power comes back on in GA, but it shouldn't be much more than 5 minutes. My 4G is already over the limit, so I'm not going to check right now.

LuvsTstormTapes My b/day was on 9/30. That's pretty funny. I'm sorry I totally forgot to check out the comment and your reply you mentioned when I got home from work... Some friends of mine wanted to meet up, so I just met up with them after I got off a few hours ago. I'm still out with them now, so I'll get to it tomorrow. So good to hear, Chris.....awesome that I had a decent Tstorm here in southern RI right on 9/30/17 your birthday too....... I did predict that you were born on a SUNDAY...being 11/4/79...but 9/30/79 was also a SUNDAY...I know what I did on 9/29/79...I taped a lot of ''thunder'' well..not of Tstorms... but from my then-job as a phone clerk inside my taxi office((who's president turned 75 yesterday...yyyiehsss))...as this night dispatcher was doing a lot of yelling at the taxi drivers..and I got it all on audiotape((like lotsa loud thunderclaps!!!)))...BTW..Chris...when you were just 3 days old, 10/3/79...Windsor Locks, CT had a major killer tornado....yikes...! BTW...Chris...if you removed that nasty comment to me from that ''ruthless kid'' from here...TYSVVVM, my good friend..many KUDOs to you on that...((TYSVM for liking my own lightning-filled-reply to that ruthless kid, BTW))...Anyways....the Tstorm I had on your birthday....I got several good flashers and thunder..as it lasted for 3 long hours.....but not as awesome as this one here and also mine on the same date....Thunder chances are possible for my area on TUEs 10/24...so late-season Tstorms are always possible....as I uploaded a very-late season loud Tstorm here on 12/10/12..... LuvsTstormTapes Wow! That was such an incredible comment to read! I love hearing about things people were doing right around, or even on the day I was born... Most of those stories I heard came from my grandparents before they passed, as well as my 76 year old father who was exactly my age of 38 when I was born... We know what my mother was doing on 9/30/79 ha ha ha! Tough day for her... I'm so happy us men don't ever have to deal with getting pregnant! My father being 38 would seem rather late in life to become a father, but my three year younger brother Brian and I are from my father's second and current marriage. My father was 42 when Brian was born! I always think "wow" whenever I think of that statistic. My father's first son is my older half brother Matt; but all three of us consider each other full brothers. Even Matt is still 30 years younger than my father having been born in April of 1971 while they were still building the World Trade Center in NY R.I.P. Over 16 years later, and I still can't believe the twin towers are gone... That's a whole other conversation for another time perhaps. Anyway, back to what I was saying. Both of my brothers are really good guys who I also consider as my best friends along with the six other best friends I grew up with. I'm sorry if I told you any of this in another comment in the past? I write, and reply to so many comments that I will occasionally tell someone something twice, so I apologize if I did that to you? There are virtually no clouds that can be seen in any direction as far as the eye can see as well. Nothing but blue sky 😎 Hopefully we'll get an extra couple of days like this for a beautiful weekend? I know it's been in the 60-70's up on Long Island, so I hope you guys are having nice weather up in New England as well? Honestly, I do love thunderstorms with lots of lightning as long as I'm indoors. I'm scared of them when I'm outside. I don't ever want to get struck by lightning. When these storms get real bad, I generally go inside and leave the camera rolling. Lightning is no joke.

michelle thompson Thanks Michelle! Yeah, this one was so bad that I actually got scared and ran inside haha! This was definitely the biggest I've seen so far. They weren't kidding when people told me that we get a lot of thunderstorms in Georgia when I first moved here.

I love thunderstorms, they're one of the many things I look forward to in the summer. They're always so impressive at night - it's like it becomes daytime for a fraction of a second, then boom! I remember watching a thunderstorm with my mother one time. It was in an apartment building where most of our neighbors were older/elderly people. I still chuckle now and then when I think about how I exclaimed "Holy shit!" when a bolt struck nearby with a loud crack, the reason being I can only imagine how disapproving those old folks might have been if they heard such "foul" language haha. Great video, man. The bolt that made you decide to go inside made me jump lol. I hope to see more thunderstorm videos this coming summer! :)

LuvsTstormTapes Haha I know, the poor guy jumped like three feet into the air and then ran full speed into the building to get to his apartment. I was happy he didn't get struck. Finally, our internet is working 100% again after the tropical storm in GA that killed our power. The internet hasn't been right since then until today. I have so many messages and emails to respond to now. It's going to take a while. Thanks for watching.

Hope you had a nice set of happy holidays, Chris..and BTW..BTW...your amazing video here from 9/6/17..I am now currently putting the VIDEO..onto AUDIO CASSETTE...so I can listen to the thunder from your awesomed video...while working on my latest comics....Amazing that even I too had a loud Tstorm very same day as yours here on 9/6/17 up here in southern RI..and it too was a duzie...a fast-mover...from SSW to NNE at 45 mph.......also on audiotape from video.....The year that you were born, 1979..I audiotaped some very loud Tstorms....on 6/18/79, 7/12/79, 7/26/79..a huge one on 8/10/79....with constant CGs for 5 minutes...and on 8/27/79..that too..was a monster..if only KZread had existed back then....and on 10/3/79..when you were just 3 days old...there was a major F4 tornado in Windsor Locks CT....killing 4, injuring 300 and causing $300 million in damages...incredible for so late in the year and the location too......Anyways..I am so glad that I am putting this awesomed video right directly onto audio cassette...Fondly...James((you're right about the huge CG crash at 10:14...!!!!!!!!!))

Good clear TUEs 1/7 morning, Chris...Well...alas..I do not have any uploaded videos from 6/18/79, 7/26/79, 8/10/79 or 8/27/79..as those were huge Tstorms....KZread/KZread-able camcorders didn't even exist till some 2+ decades later...However....the video I did ask you to view was my 3 minutes, 26 second video of the huge CG/thundercrash from 11/27/19....the CG is at 02:44 into the video...THAT was the one I did request...Anyways..I am having fun copying such many noisy Tstorm videos right directly onto audio cassette so I can listen to the thunder while doing my own R-rated comics.... Fondly...James

The one at 24:46 sounded just like the crack they used for shows like Scooby Doo and Dungeons and Dragons

My favorite part of this video footage is how you can actually see the camera's reaction to the static build up of the lightning strike a few seconds before it even happens. The lightning bolt starts really winding up for the strike right around 10:10

LuvsTstormTapes Hey James, so sorry that you had to go to the hospital. I'm glad you're alright. Yup, I've been as busy as ever! Other than Sunday which is my relax and recover day, I hardly even have time to drive my new car anywhere else other than to and from work. I need a vacation haha! I'll try to catch up and watch your videos this weekend... If not, I will watch some next weekend. I actually have both Saturday and Sunday off next weekend... Once a month I have both Saturday and Sunday off instead of just Sunday the other three weeks a month. I'm really looking forward to that. Talk to you soon. Best wishes.

So good to hear, Chris....TYSVVM...as you read this on this SAT 4/21...I am about fully recovered...big change form my severe vertigo....TYSVM for the nice condolences...for my being 9-1-1ed 10 days ago.... Sorry to hear that you have very little time to drive your brand new gorgeous car....Don't we all love vacations...big time.... Anyways.....my 4/17/18-Beaver Tail Lighthouse part THREE video is a real must-see....huge waves and in excellent picture quality....and Chris...it has been proven that my videoing the huge ocean waves more than makes up for such a very unprecedented lack-luster, busted-2018-Tstorm season..not only here but for much of the central/northern USA....even your place in western GA--here---may have had so few good Tstorms so far this year....as I have a good Tstorm-buddy who lives near Kansas City MO...even he has never seen such a dismal Tstorm season so far this year..... normally..any given April..he averages 5 days of severe Tstorms during April......but so far this year...he has had only one such day...on FRI 4/13/18...((his video is on KZread))..albeit he was only on the edge of it.... and interesting to know..your own birthday last year...was my last Tstorm-day...9/30/17....Anyways.....my 4/17/18-ocean waves' video..part THREE is a real-must-see.....just like my videotaping a big lightning storm... unbelievable those 2 strikes sounded like rifle shots! I would've jumped out of my chair! I'm sure buddy was hiding when he heard that! It blasted right through my years coming through my headphones. Did this storm have anything to do with the hurricane?

of course I didn't think that you did the unsubbing. YT does it all the time to everyone. I was looking for a few people in my subs list the other day, and they were gone thanks to KZread. I just don't think KZread wants people to be too loyal and faithful to one another. There is strength in numbers, so they do not want anyone to gain power that a large group would gain.
