Okay, I'm beginning to understand how these side so-called churches are deceptive. At the same time though, I watch the men of my church and past churches I've attended, who have 'no' works at all in their lives. They attend services, maybe sing or not, but just sit there saying nothing and then doing nothing. They never share, praise, or thank God for anything. What has happened to the men in this culture. No wonder we see women rising up to teach and preach, which isn't biblical. Men have turned from following Jesus to a life of ease and letting women take care of them in every way. The most important thing I seldom see men doing is praying. A husband and father should be leading by praying for and with his wife and children. I would rather live in a tent or cave with a Godly husband than in a palace with great riches with a man who has turned his back on Jesus. 😔

Why do they think Ellen white is the voice of prophecy, when the Bible teaches Jesus is the voice of prophecy.

I too was raised in Spiritualism. When I was 16 I asked for a Bible. When I got through 3/4 of the Bible I did not find what my father was teaching me so I figured it wasn't in the other 1/4 (it wasn't.) I went on a search for a church which taught out of the Bible without manmade traditions added to it. Soon I received Adventist literature and an invitation to a Revelation Seminar. God led me to the Adventist church, giving me the desires of my heart. It's been 40 years and I couldn't be happier.

Cults are arrogant and think that they are the only ones who can be saved. They all have unique beliefs about JESUS that no one else has. ● JESUS was created. ● JESUS is an archangel. ● JESUS was only human and was chosen to be the Messiah. ● JESUS is his own FATHER or THE FATHER is really JESUS. ● JESUS was a prophet and not the savior. ● We are equal to JESUS. ● The Trinity is pagan. Cults may not recognize that all things were created through JESUS and without Him nothing exists (John 1 : 1 through 5 and Colossians 1 : 16). Some do accep it but it is their beliefs about who JESUS is that makes them a cult. Cults will argue that they have the correct interpretation of the sceiptures even though no one has ever taught what they do. Cults will add and subtract from the scriptures.

The audacity of this man calling me a cult? Yes I take it personal. It's alright to steal, and to kill, and commit adultery and all the other sins which cannot be counted...but for the only one the 4th Commandment seems to be his sore eye...Tell us which of the commandments are you breaking or not breaking?

Tell me friend, does keeping all the commandments save you? And I'm not talking about the "10", for not all the commandments are listed there, especially the two greatest commandments. And as Paul says, you break one commandment, you break all the commandments. No one is justified by keeping the law. One is justified by faith in Jesus Christ alone. Salvation belongs to our God, not in our works. Besides that, are you really listening to what he is saying. He is saying that she is teaching things that go expressly in scripture concerning salvation and atonement. Please, listen again.

It is finished, is exactly what Jesus said at the cross.

That year on the Jewish calendar is 3760. counting back from 457 B.C... what does the number match to in B.C..1. Which is 3760 and A.D.1 is 3761 the starting point is Ezra 7:9 which is the first day of the first month establish for the Jews .as New (Year's Day in Exodus 12 )which is March or April. Wow! It's the longest of the 10 commandments. You see by whose authority the commandments are given, all in this commandment. The Lord thy God, who made heaven and earth and the sea and all that is in them. The Creator. Oh, that's right, according to you we don't need to keep the commandments. Let's see...Jesus kept them for us so we don't have to. We don't have to keep the Sabbath because He did it for us. Oh, and He had no other gods before the Father so we don't have to keep that one. That was a Jewish thing, eh? Only the Jews needed to keep the commandments. And what about not worshipping idols. Well Jesus didn’t worship idols so we don’t have to not worship them. I guess that means we can worship them, according to, guess who, you again. Jesus did not take the name of the Lord in vain so we don’t have to not do that, therefore, we can. According to you. So If we go according to you, which we do not, we don’t need to keep the commandments since Jesus did that for us. We can dishonor our elders, murder, commit adultery, lie, steal and covet because, hey, Jesus kept the commandments for us so we don’t have to. Do you see how wrong it is to think we are not obliged to keep the 10 commandments. That’s 10, not 9. The roman catholic church claims to have changed the Sabbath to the 1st day of the week, a day you honor, following catholic tradition, but if you read your Bible you will find no authority for such a change. Speaking of the change from the 7th day Sabbath to Sunday as the day of worship, the catholic church says “Sunday is our mark of authority …. The church is above the Bible, and this transference of sabbath observance is proof of that fact” (The Catholic Record of London, Ontario, Sept. 1, 1923). There you have it from the horse’s mouth. @@MaryMartinez-lm5tv Daniel 8:14 doesn't mention Jesus. It talks about the cleansing of the sanctuary, the "day of atonement" spoken of in Leviticus 16. The high priest performed the ceremony on that day. Who is our high priest? According to Hebrews chapter 4, Jesus is. Is that the Jesus you refer to as "Ellen White's Jesus"? That's the Jesus of the Bible. That's my Jesus. Is there another? I go by what the Bible teaches and I will let the God of the Bible decide whether I'm saved or not, thank you. And how about you...who is your Jesus? Someone other that the one found in the Bible? Oh, that's dangerous. Stick to the Bible for your own sake. Blessings

How do you know I’m lying? If I say something that is incorrect, but I believe it to be true, then I am not lying. Lying is saying something you know to be false in an attempt to deceive someone. Do you have the power to read my mind and know for sure that I’m lying? Or could I be saying what I believe to be true, in which case it’s not lying. Whatever. Next, what are you talking about, Jesus moving from the outer court to the inner court? Who ever said anything like that? Not me, not Ellen White. Next, yes the Levitical/ ceremonial law ended at the cross and Jesus, from the tribe of Judah is our high priest in the heavenly sanctuary as stated in Hebrews chapter 4. The day of atonement hasn’t occurred every year because, the Lamb of God is not sacrificed every year. He was sacrificed once for all. I understand that after believing one thing for 50 years, that when someone says something different it’s hard to let go. The errors of the 7th day Adventist church are designed to send people straight to an eternal hell.

Everybody who listens to anybody who criticicizes another believer, or church, should always keep in mind that Jesus was also criticize by His people, and even today His own people, as a nation, still teach that Jesus was an imposter. Now why did that happen, and is still happening today? Also keep in mind that those who challenged Jesus the most were the leaders/teachers of Israel. Why? I have been around many people of different denominations, and only those who have humbly studied the Bible and allow the Bible to interpret itself arrive to conclusions the SDA church has on the Sabbath, and a few other teachings. My own Pentecostal grandmother, who read the Bible daily, told me before passing away, that she was keeping the Sabbath alone in her house the best she understood, because she came to realize that the Lord's Day was actually the 7th day of the week. I myself have had to carefully reconsider what I believe because of so many negative things others say about this denomination, including by former SDA's. And I usually find the same problems. The attacks are mostly on Ellen White. Why, because good contextual study of the word proves that the SDA church does indeed have a solid foundation, thus making it hard to refute. So attacks are redirected to the woman whom God raised during a time Satan also raised his false prophets like Joseph Smith. Satan did the same during the days of Martin Luther the reformer, and raised Ignatius of Loyol to counterattack the Protestant reformation. Just like many have wrested bible scriptures to mean something else than its true meaning, many have done this with Ellen Whites writings. And it worst when people try to debunk her with wrested Scriptures.

On U Tube " Christian Scholars Forum" basically made up of 5 Ex graduates of Theology at SDA Universities NOW do not believe any of the unique and somewhat unusual doctrines of the SDA Church. All of those founders of splinter churches from the 1840s Millerite Movement who predicted the return of Christ in their lifetime, minimized the importance of Jesus' blood in the atonement of sins. They led their followers to believe that they needed their founder to interpret the scriptures for them. Her writings about works based salvation are what they use for the foundation of their faith. 😢

From my research, she believed (as did Luther) in righteousness by faith in the saving blood of Christ. He wants us to seek a daily walk with Him in prayer and study of His Word. Then good works (fruit) are the result, not the cause of our salvation.

Your observation makes sense to me. Unlike us mere humans, God is truly the source of all truth and knowledge. If we open the Word with awe and humility in prayer, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide us, God will gladly impart to us wisdom and truth.

I joined the charismatic church last year and it seemed as if I was bound by a spirit of pride and fanaticism when God FREED ME she came to my school with tears of concern for me life... She wept over my then - current condition and prayed with me with tears and gave me food to eat and a belt for my torn trousers My mother and uncle fell from the sda church but today they smile as they remember the teachings of their Adventist mother. My uncle sang about john one day when he wAs drunk and sang adventist songs, it seems leaving the church brought him many griefs but now he misses home .

Blasphemy? I dont know who this Scofield person is, so I have no comment on him. But please consider this. Did not Jesus have to send His disciples to re-teach Jews how the messianic prophecies were fulfilled by Christ? Jesus commanded them to preach the gospel and all the things He taught them. And what do we see throughout His earthly ministry? We see Jesus often having to correct the people's theological understandings. His disciples had to do the same thing. Why? Why was there a need for that? What the devil did with the Jewish people in leading them to misunderstand much of the scriptures, and corrupting the scriptures, he has done with Christians. Not everything Christians believe is wrong, but there are several issues that need to be re-evaluated. God still has to be raising up people among Christians to bring people back to true meanings of Scripture. And right along all that the devil does not stay behind. He is right at work and uses people he has deceived to counteract what God is striving to do for all of us. God still chooses to use people to help people. Its how He has always operated. Its up to us, with the help of God, to know who is from God and who is not. The bible gives us a few major things to help us with this. 1) The help of the Holy Spirit. 2) Isaiah 8:20. To the law and testimony. 3) Matthew 7:15-20 we shall recognize them by their fruit.

My experience with the SDA is nothing like any of these comments are saying? I have no idea where this slander is coming from. Why there is so much hate and animosity. If you walked into the church I go to and nobody told you it was an SDA church you would never know. You would just assume it's a run of the mill Protestant Church. The people are warm and welcoming. My Church actually was one of the few that stood up against the COVID Lockdowns and refused to close the doors. We believe in being saved by Grace Alone. Everything we base our beliefs on is in Scripture.. Ellen G White is rarely ever mention at my Church. Typically just a quote or two. We focus on what's actually important. The Bible. We will read a verse and then it's an open format to discuss. Anyone is welcome to attend. One of my Favorite Christian Speaker is Dr. Michael Brown. Just to give you some perspective. I really enjoy Lee Strobels content as well. I will pray for those of you with unwarranted Hate against my Church. If you believe Christ is Lord. You are my Brothers and sisters. Please don't hate us. New Creation Seventh-day adventist church in Lancaster County, Nebraska

And God said "Remember" perhaps also in the sense of, not that it has been forgotten but as an admonition to ensure that we take that time to rest and more importantly, to spend with Him. The investigative judgment August 31l Ellen G white estates , sharing the vision, three-and-a-half paragraphs down in Jesus Christ as priests, in removing the sins from the sanctuary, confessed them on the scapegoat ,bearing the sins for his role was sent away into the land not inhabited. you got to remember both of these goats had to be (perfect).. and there was lots cast, who would be the one to be sacrificed ,the other one would be the goat that bears the sin's....( Jesus said he does both)!!!!! Ellen makes( one of those the devil .). She says christ...(will place the sins upon Satan.)!.... @@jimbob1644 OK, this is not your fault and it can be kind of hard to wrap your head around. I suggest praying for discernment before proceeding. Jesus bore our sins to the cross and paid, in full, for the sins of every human being. Will Jesus bear our sins forever? God forbid, and if you understand the sanctuary service you know that He transferred our sins to the sanctuary. As part of his punishment, the devil will be made to feel the pain and misery he caused by his rebellion. Is it not fitting that he should be made to suffer for all the trouble he caused? In the end he will be made to feel, or bear if you will, all the misery his rebellion caused. In that sense he will bear sin. Not that he will atone for it. Jesus has done that. Only He could do that. In the sanctuary service, on the day of atonement, one goat is sacrificed and His blood is carried and sprinkled within the most holy place. That goat is a "type" of Jesus whoseblood was shed for our sins. The other goat, or type of the devil, has the peoples sins symbolically transferred to it and is bannished to the wilderness, a symbol of hell. A fitting end for him wouldn't you say? Galatians 5:3 and later "those who are led by the Spirit are NOT UNDER THE LAW," Galatians 5:18. Paul wrote so much against the turning back to the old ways. If you seek to be justified by the old covenant you are bound to keep the whole law! Jesus told us about what was coming- the new cannot patch the old, He has made an entirely NEW garment! The new wine would BURST the old wineskins! The law is good, but we were the gaping hole within it, unable, without Jesus, to live up to a holy standard. Hebrews says that restrictions like food, clothing, and festival days were upheld until the time of reformation! We have come into a Kingdom that isn't seen or shaken. I pray that our SDA brothers and sisters come to hold fast to the LIBERTY by which Christ has made us free! Amen!

As an Adventist of many years standing I have to agree with this presentation sadly. I say sadly because I have many good friends in the church who have been gullible just like me and believed in the authority which the church leadership has attributed to Ellen White and the teaching of the investigative judgment of 1844. But no more. Be careful not to be too hard on the church members it’s the leaders at the top that are going to face God one day. There are many “loving and lovable Christian’s” to quote EGW. in the Adventist Church. Thanks

He sounds right! But there's one problem. He rejects catholism. Pope Damasus 1 presided over the Council of Rome in 382 AD over seeing Jerome. So why should any of them trust scripture? Does he not see the contradiction in his talk? The Catholics gave him the bible. And Jesus said hell would not over take the Church...

There is no denominations in Heaven….. Only Jesus!! So don’t follow denominations….. denominations are like clubs and associations… look to the doctrines and teachings of Jesus Christ in the Bible! Check and learn what Jesus Christ said about Sabbath. Don’t follow men…. Follow the teachings and discern the Truth of God’s Word!

What does Hebrews chapter 4 say

God created the New Testament for a reason ! It's the new covenant that we live by . God's greatest commandments , Matthew 22 ; 36-40 . All 9 commandments are in the NT except for keeping the Sabbath . Colossians 2 :16 .

really? does teaching come by just words? or by example as well. the gospels mention several times that "as His custom (habit, teaching) was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day." in the book of Acts Paul is recorded doing the same, not just the jews but gentiles as well and once the gentiles asked him to come back the next Sabbath to tell them more. in antioch he and barnabas stayed for a whole year(Acts 11:26) then later in chapter 14 "stayed a long time," Acts 18 he reasoned with jew and gentile for a year and a half, then on to Ephesus teaching, preaching for 3 years. Jn 1:1 it's said "in the beginning was the word, and the word was with God and the word was God." if Jesus is the word, can He go against his own word? if He is the word and the word was God, and he says of HImself, "I speak not of my own but what the Father tells me" how can the Father go against Himself or His word or the Son speak contrary to what the Father has said? i'm sure if you study there were different sabbaths in the ceremonial feast days and weeks. these were not part of the 10 commandments but the "laws of ordinance" which Moses wrote in a book that was placed in a compartment on the outside of the ark. these were the laws for the ceremonies, feast. they were yearly sabbaths. they all pointed to certain aspects of Jesus work for salvation. the 10 commandments were placed inside the ark, under the mercy seat along with aaron's rod that budded and a pot of mana. adventist believe Pauls instruction to Timothy in 2 Timothy 3:16,17 that ALL scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work." there was the nation of Israel, whom God had called them not to be just different or peculiar but to share their witness to others. but as the prophecy foretold they would fail and their rejection as a nation of Jesus sealed their fate, as a nation. individually yes but not as a nation. from the time that Stephen was stoned, the gospel went to the gentiles, by Peter going to Cornelius and after Paul's conversion. that is why Paul many times referred to believing gentiles as Abraham's seed by faith and being grated in, and heirs according to the promise. the spiritual Israel not the fleshly Israel. all the promises given to Israel were now for spiritual Israel. but as many forget, not just the promises, but also the warnings. there is a promise in Isaiah 66:22,23, speaking of the promise of a new heaven and new earth, "For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make shall remain before Me, says the Lord, and your name remain. And it shall come to pass that from one new moon to another and from one Sabbath to another. all flesh shall come to worship before me" says the Lord." if God says this is the way it will be in heaven, why should anyone say, no, i will do it my way? is that not why there was rebellion in heaven with satan?

really? the verse in Colossians is referring to the feast day sabbaths, which were annual sabbaths, not the weekly Sabbath. and teaching is done not only by word but by example. " as was His custom He (Jesus) went into the synagogue to teach and to preach." read Luke 4:16-30, 6:6-11, 13:10-16, 14:1-5. and in Acts you will find many instances of Paul doing the same, in different places on his missionary trips, once for 3 weeks he taught gentiles on the Sabbath, then for months in places such as Antioch, Phillipi, Thessalonica, even a year in one and a year and a half, and in Ephesus for 3 years, "as his custom was." in James he says if you break one you break all. Paul says "I would have not known sin if the law did not say thou shalt not covet." God has said " what I utter from my mouth I shall not change." "Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today and forever." and Paul says "thinking it not robbery to be equal with God." and Jesus said " for I have not spoken of Myself, but of the Father which sent Me, He gave Me a commandment, what I should say and what i should speak." how then could there be any difference between them? the bible says, " can two walk together if they not be in accord?" perhaps you should go back into the Law books and find the difference between the 7th day Sabbath and the annual sabbaths of the feasts. the 7th day Sabbath was on the tables of stone, under the mercy seat of the ark. the annual ones were written by Moses in a book that contained the directions for sacrifices and when and how to keep the feast days, weeks. that book was the law contained in ordinances that was put in a compartment on the side of the ark. those pointed to the work of Christ in salvation. those were what was "nailed to the cross," not the 10 commandments. look up Sabbathtruth.com and watch the series with Hal Holbrook. you will learn a lot.

How do SDA interpret Joel 2 v 28 as regards your Sons and Daughters shall Prophesy, also what about Heb 1 v 1-2. God In time past spoke to the fathers by the prophets , In these last days has spoken to us by his Son , Jesus Christ.

Please read Matthew 7. Verses 13 - 27. James 2. Verses 7 - 26. All chapters of first John, all of second John. Revelations, 12. Verse 1 - 17, Revelations 14, Verse 13, Revelations 20, verses 11 - 15. Thank God for His Holy Word. Be a light and not darkness.

You seem to be hard-pressed to separate the words (works)( in law keeping.) Revelation 14 is not even written to you!! Nor is Revelation 12... You're not the (elect or the reminat..). .. because you don't know the prophecies of the Bible! Here's your issue!! Ellen G white. Anyone keeping a Sabbath law is under law. Rom 3:19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: If you are led by a law sin will have dominion over you! Believers are no longer led or under the schoolmaster of the law! Gal 5:18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Adventists are led and are under the schoolmaster of the law! Rom 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. What Adventist fail to understand is sin is overcomed by GRACE...not by the sevies pityful efforts in law keeping. Pray for this cult and its false gospel.

Simple question MATE, is it okay, to murder, commit adultery, steal, lie, etc? The point you glaringly miss, is that, when the Holy Spirit indwells humanity, THE LAW IS KEPT. It's a law of Love. If you understood the verse you're quoting (Romans 3:19) you would know that the condemnation of the law condemns those who are under the law and not those in the spirit of the Law. Hebrews 8:8"For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord..." Hebrews 8:10 "For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts...":

​@@lyonpaque3100 its so difficult to talk to someone who doesnt know how to use their bible. FYI, law doesnt prevent sin! You see mate law increase the knowledge of sin! Grace conquers sin! Rom 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. But as SDA belief is the law is still binding placing themselves under the power of the curse of the law I will need to explain what that law is and to who it applies. @@bop-ya-good just because we are under grace it doesn’t mean we can murder,steal,cheat etc.If you love God and your fellow man you are not going to do bad things.Out of love toward God it comes automatically to do good.Salvation it’s not about works but faith without works is dead.Again just because I am saved I am not running around shooting people.This guy talks a lot of vegetables.

Man made it clear we fail on our own so Jesus came along so thankfully.

I've been getting the impression that those who are trying to prove the 7th-Day Adventist understanding of God's plan of salvation for the fallen human race is unbiblical have not studied the topic with the honesty of purpose of a true disciple of Jesus, the Messiah. And it's a very true and helpful statement to say that we need to be led into the Truth by the Spirit of Truth and should not listen to men, especially if they regard themselves as educated and "qualified".

I am so glad to be a member of that SDA cult.Jesus said, "If you love me...keep my commandment." and guess what...they are keeping God's commandment..not nine ,but all ten! I am so happy to be a member of the SDA cult..because when Jesus found some folks " messing" with one just one commandment, he told them that their worship was in vain. .See Mathew 15:9...&...Mark 7:7 At least I would not hear such damning words on judgement morning! I would remain a member of the SDA cult ...because I want my prayer answered . See Proverbs 28:9. I am staying there until death because of Reverlation 22:14. There is simply no better place to be on judgement morning... i wish you can direct me of a better place.. I think there is room for one more intelligent person.

What Jesus meant when he said “ If you love me, keep MY commandments” JOHN 14:15 If ye love me, KEEP MY commandments.” it’s VERY clear, He says in the book of John “KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS” The answer to what Jesus said, is IN THE BOOK OF JOHN as well, NOT in the other book. What Jesus meant by “ if love me, KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS” In the book of John, you will find the answer JOHN 13:34 “A NEW commandment I GIVE UNTO YOU. That YE LOVE ONE ANOTHER; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.” What Jesus said that “if you love, KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS” It was NOT the 10 commandments He was referring to, It was HIS COMMANDMENTS He was referring to. Chapter 14 of the book of John is the continuation of Chapter 13 of the same book. JOHN 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. JOHN 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.” That is how you will understand or comprehend the context of the WORD of God in the holy scriptures, NOT by picking verses from different books of the bible and connecting it to other verses to misled and deceived believers for centuries, just like what the SDA church is doing.

The old testament was external, Jesus said your righteousness must surpass that, and it must be internal. See the sermon in the mount for example. Far higher standards. Speech, thoughts, actions, character, attitudes all changed by the Spirits power

So what is the problem with that? Because they support the writing of elen g white? The sda churche has expounded the bible without the writings of elen g white.many of you say that the holy spirit, the holy spirit but it does not match the testimony on the bible. How can the holyspirit speak differently from the bible? With some of the things you say contrary to the bible.

Greetings! I do normally respond to these presentations. However, I think you have a challenge with interpretation. While you might be sincere in your quest, I would suggest that you have a one-to-one conversation with someone knowledgeable on the teachings of the SDA Church. I can see where you have some subtle misunderstandings.

Watching paint dry on the walls in my opinion far better than what I had to get used to. When our son was born, and for many years I literally had to fight with both of my families who I should visit first, my relatives or my wife's relatives. I should have moved hundreds of miles away when I was first married. That way I'd have an excuse as to why I wouldn't visit anyone.

And what about that? I don't follow you. Yes, God's Word is truth. Seems you are touting the 10 commandments. I believe in them too. What about the 4th, Jamie? Do you believe it as well. This time prophesy stuff can be confusing, I know. It takes some time studying God's Word to understand. Can I help?

Thank you for fulfilling prophecy of Jesus. To be hated and labelled just shows that you are on the right path. Everyone needs to go to God in prayer and humility to understand truth. We will all give account one day individually and we can’t point to someone else that led us astray. As Jesus said on the cross, forgive them father for they know not what they do. Don’t follow a multitude to destruction. Many are called but few chosen. I praise God for being called a cult.

Mistake No. 1 is asking a religious person if you should join a religion. People, you have brains. Think for yourselves, and no, that's not a sin - it's called being mentally healthy.

Coming from an Anglican church background, and I discovered that SDA is a well organized church, I learnt more about the bible. They are not cults.

It took me three seconds to realize what they did( with the 2300 days) that belong in Daniel 8... Sounds like the former comment was from a SDA member. I understand as I was raised, and still attend on Sabbath. I do go on Sundays too as there are many Godly people in every church. My husband is a Sunday attending Christian. I do appreciate the respectful way in which this man presents false from true doctrine. I see Jesus in his response to EG Whites comments that differ from him. I have to say that I am NOT an EG White reader. She may have been a kind lady but I do not agree with many of her statements but I do still hold to some of the doctrines, not hers, that I feel the bible teaches. We are all told to study for ourselves with the assistance of the Holy Spirit. Many in the church do not hold to her teachings as welll and are bible only. The Sabbath does not save us, nor do our cherished doctrines. Yeshua saves us and , if we let the Holy Spirit guide us, we have have purer doctrines to reflect Him and show we are Christ like. I don't see Jesus coming after SDA only. He is coming back for His temple, the embodiment of Christ all churches and those that don't go but hold Him in their heart. My opinion for what it is worth. Thank you for being respectful , as Jesus was, in your teaching. This made me stop and listen.

This is why I don't go to youtube for information about churches, if you want to know what a church teaches, go to straight their fundamental beliefs and compare it to the Bible yourself. Ask the Holy spirit to guide you, because you can't decide if a church is a cult or not because some video in KZread said so. If you want to know what a JW believe go straight to their official statement of belief, if you want to know what a Mormon believe, go to their official statements of beliefs, and compare it to the Bible. This is just a proof that people doesn't study their bible anymore to just believe what someone in KZread says.

You should check the historical facts. Though some Adventists called Ellen White a prophetess, she denounced that and said she was only a messenger. There are many great Adventist churches who pay little attention to Ellen White, since they emphasized the Bible first, foremost and last. If one reads Desire of the Ages, they will see nothing contradictory in light of the Bible.

I wonder what spirit you are led by. SDA is the only denomination that can publicly defend their doctrines with scriptures. ONLY. Sunday is publicly listed as the first day of the week while mentally brainwashed to believe it’s the last day of the week. The Sunday law driven by the mark of the beast is so obvious that the enemy is after worship to publicly force everyone to worship on Sunday. Ever wondered why?

When I first was looking at the Adventist truths, I remember initially being worried after reading Dale Ratzlaff, Martin, and Rhea. Then it occurred to me that the Devil would attack the true Church of God this angrily. No one else would care as much. It wasn't long after that I was baptized. I always remind those who speak about Adventists so angrily of Revelation 12:17.

I was impressed from you before when you teaching about Sabbath how should we respect Sabbath but now you're use by enemies to demolished the followers of Jesus Christ the belief of Seventh Day Adventist. Ok what you're suggestion? If you are the right Pathway?

Correct. But there is a real sabbath. Not Saturday Adventist. The sabbath is not Saturday or Sunday Friday.the sabbath is seventh day after six days of work. Ezakiel 46-1. Isaiah 66-22-23. Psalm 81-1-2.3. So we have new moon day, the first day of the month then 6 days of work then sabbath day.

All's you said is you don't understand Hebrews chapter 4. Jesus said he did fulfill it! At the cross!

This man may be sincere with his faith and understanding of scripture as many of us are. But Eve was also sincere when she approached Adam with the forbidden fruit. Sincerity has its place in our relationship with God, but its not what saves us. It is the Word of God. He mentioned about a book in the mail that did not have SDA on it, implying that they are being deceptive, but why would they put the name of their church on it, when you have people like this men making people prejudiced against them? I just finished reading about the leper Jesus healed in Mark 1:43-45. Jesus, "having sternly warned him," said, "See that you speak nothing to anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing what Moses commanded, for a testimony to them." Why did Jesus say this to him? Mark tells us. "But having gone out, he began to proclaim much and to spread abroad the matter, so that He was no longer able to enter openly into the city, but He was out in solitary places." The Jewish leaders always hindered the work of Christ and His disciples, and Jesus had to warn the cleansed leper to not tell anyone that Jesus healed him so that these prejudiced leaders don't hinder his work. This man in this video is also hindering the work of the SDA church. I understand the concern he has, but he is mistaken about this church, just like the Jews are still mistaken about Christianity. Nothing new under the sun.

Because one of my friends got caught up in this cult.. at this point he has no salvation nor does he know a thing about prophecy ..anymore .because this is what I've done all my life. is study prophecy. which is been 50 years. the Cornerstone of their theology comes from the core of what I've studied .which is the Book of Daniel .and if you don't understand Daniel 8 you can't understand any Prophecy in the Bible! and their false prophet destroyed it! so they have no prophecy they have no truth and they have no Jesus! because Daniel 8 (she made a levite Jesus) going from the outer Court to the inner Court..( parently that Jesus didn't say it's finished at the cross )..they're taught to teach that from their ministers .and I have listened to some of the great ones. .the devil has got the whole group in ones place.. and he's not releasing hardly any of them!

7TH DAY is a man made denomination just like Baptist, Pentecostal and catholic. someone took one little piece of scripture and ran with it.

(Ellen says the devil becomes the sin bearer) of Leviticus 16: 10. When Jesus said he does that 1st Peter 2:24. Hebrews 9:28. Ellen says the sins are placed on the devil for all of time !and they never go away .they're never blotted out and they're always remembered. Destroying what Jesus said In Isaiah 43 verse 25. Claiming that the devil is part of the atonement. Saying that what the devil does the work of the Holy Spirit. Matthew 12,:31+32 blaspheming the Holy Spirit! She says that is your Jesus! Your Sabbath means absolutely nothing! Look who your Jesus is!

In closing I would like to say my teachers started persecuting me for refusing to learn on Sabbath and who were the first and foremost in doing that? My fellow Sunday Christians whom I loved and trusted Resting and worshipping on the Sabbath is Blessed because on no other day is the divine blessing poured than in Saturday. The Solemnity and Sanctity of the Sabbath is still placed on Saturday. Nothing will change. You are a Christian. Then follow the example of Christ, He kept the Sabbath then why don't you? Paul kept the Sabbath why don't you? Peter kept the Sabbath, Why don't you? "Because the beast changed it to Sunday" Resting on Saturday has divine blessings. Some Sunday Christians tend to overburden themselves with work and exhaust their minds because there is no Sanctified day for them. Some prefer going to work on Sundays, on their supposed "worship" days And some confessed that since they are married they can even have sexual intercourse before going to church. Some have lost the importance of worship because they lost the importance of the Sabbath day!!!

Seventh day adventist is not a cult, some people are very zealous about this religion, some people can be too strict and can be just plain rude. We believe in the Bible as the only truth. That is why we go to church on the Sabbath. As a whole, we don't believe in condemning people for their believes. I'm sorry to those who had deal with rude and judgmental people in this faith, In the end, there are rude people wherever you go. It should be about having a relationship with God first, then a church.

(She says the sins are not ever blotted out!) Denying! What God Says in Isaiah 43 verse 25. By claiming the devil is the sin bear !) she also destroys 1st Peter 2:24! She completely destroyed the cross !with a false Jesus! The Jesus she's speaking of in 1844) is a levite Jesus)!!!! and Hebrew 7 says he is from the tribe of Judah )!!!!and not about the law! You can be perfectly happy with the devil in that congregation you're speaking of!!! but that's all you're doing! If you're believing Ellen! I am a member of the SDA Bible-loving Church "Cult." Our doctrines are wonderful. All solid Bible-based doctrines. You can easily find it online. A lot of good people in the church. Also a lot of hypocrites. Sad but true. But hey, people are free to choose

I used to say the same things you are saying. Look into the trinity, and you will find the first false doctrine of many. No organized religion has the truth. "Come out of her my people," is a plea for people to leave the lies of organized religion and follow Jesus, the son of God. Not God the Son. I sincerely pray you consider what I am saying. @2sarahloves I convene with others and Jesus. There are many other people who join together outside of the organized religions. I didn't say anything about people having to secluded themselves. In my experience, when people don't want to hear God's truth, they push those people sharing it away from them. Essentially, shunning them even if they have worshipped together for years.

If you're not firmly grounded by the Bible, or only learn to read verses instead of whole passage... It is much easier for you to be manipulated by such doctrines as the sda. The Bible stands on it's own and can be proven by itself. We can interpret how we understand what we read but never change the context of what a chapter or book is about. Just a thought if it make sense. Christ and only Christ is our Savior... The Gospels of Matthew, Make, Luke and John said so and Paul just made it all clear for us christians who are NOT JEWS about Christ Gospel (the everlasting Gospel). Not the 3 angels messages Not a prophet who made false prophecies Not a preacher or an angel or anyone who can not be proven by the Living Word of our Savior Christ (the BIBLE). Blessings to you all And may we all find salvation in CHRIST the anointed son of God. Amen.

William Miller was the one that anticipated Christ to come in 1844…. he thought on earth.. but it was in the heavenly realm. Ellen White came after that. AND she is not the founder of SDA. She was present… but she and her hubby prayed and encouraged the founders. Pastor.. she didn’t fall into play until after 1844.

Read Hebrews. It says strive to enter into Christ's rest not into a certain day. Jesus paid it all. Even sabbath keeping will still send you to hell. Without Christ in your heart that's where people are going. First john, says he that has the Son has life & he that has not the Son has no life in him. Only Jesus, not Ellen white. Turn your back on her & her teachings & Christ is who to turn to. You'll receive eternal life, You'll be sealed by His Spirit. Born again.

Do you realize that Satan has counterfeits of every thing that is of YeHoVaH's, including His Holy Day?

Most people accept that we are a Bible-believing Christian denomination. I wish these people would take the time to actually understand what we believe from Adventist sources without the influence of negative preconceived ideas about us. There are plenty of Adventist sources available. For instance, Amazing Facts and It Is Written have excellent Bible study courses.

I'm not an Adventist I'm still looking for one near me. What maybe me to choose this domination and to trust it is how in every argument they bring up they fully back it up with scripture without taking it out of context, that is something that other denominations don't do

Pretentious people think they know. The KJV Holy Bible says, they are fools. Do not do surgical reading but study it. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide and give you wisdom. Surrender and cleanse your heart. Do fasting, let the Lord Jesus Christ give you understanding to learn his words for you. Do not just listen to other experts, open the KJV Holy Bible by yourself.,.,.,.

This guys a piece of work. I’m a seventh day Adventist and you are saved by grace. The sabbath that is in the Ten Commandments . And hungry for souls 😂😂😂. I’m trying to save myself and working on my own soul by working on my relationship with Jesus Christ. “The ones that say things that it sounds right, almost right and it’s hard to discern…. Typically the cults are gonna tell you they believe the Bible.” Man this guy is much. It’s crazy most of the people in the world believe in the same God but then look and listen to Humanity . Or The Devil at the works to divide.

INTERESTINGLY, THE THINGS SISTER WHITE SPEAKS ABOUT THOSE FAILURES, MORE REFLECT MOST CHURCHES OF OUR DAY, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO LEAN TO SO CALLED ORTHODOXY, AND SADLY ARE INFLUENCED BY A PRETERIST AND DISPENSATIONAL MINDSET. “How shall we search the Scriptures? Shall we drive our stakes of doctrine one after another, and then try to make all Scripture meet our established opinions, or shall we take our ideas and views to the Scriptures, and measure our theories on every side by the Scriptures of truth? Many who read and even teach the Bible, do not comprehend the precious truth they are teaching or studying. Men entertain errors, when the truth is clearly marked out, and if they would but bring their doctrines to the word of God, and not read the word of God in the light of their doctrines, to prove their ideas right, they would not walk in darkness and blindness, or cherish error. Many give the words of Scripture a meaning that suits their own opinions, and they mislead themselves and deceive others by their misinterpretations of God's word. As we take up the study of God's word, we should do so with humble hearts. All selfishness, all love of originality, should be laid aside. Long-cherished opinions must not be regarded as infallible. It was the unwillingness of the Jews to give up their long established traditions that proved their ruin. They were determined not to see any flaw in their own opinions or in their expositions of the Scriptures; but however long men may have entertained certain views, if they are not clearly sustained by the written word, they should be discarded. Those who sincerely desire truth will not be reluctant to lay open their positions for investigation and criticism, and will not be annoyed if their opinions and ideas are crossed. This was the spirit cherished among us forty years ago. We would come together burdened in soul, praying that we might be one in faith and doctrine; for we knew that Christ is not divided. One point at a time was made the subject of investigation. Solemnity characterized these councils of investigation. The Scriptures were opened with a sense of awe. Often we fasted, that we might be better fitted to understand the truth. After earnest prayer, if any point was not understood, it was discussed, and each one expressed his opinion freely; then we would again bow in prayer, and earnest supplications went up to heaven that God would help us to see eye to eye, that we might be one, as Christ and the Father are ONE. Many tears were shed. If one brother rebuked another for his dullness of comprehension in not understanding a passage as he understood it, the one rebuked would afterward take his brother by the hand, and say, “Let us not grieve the Holy Spirit of God. Jesus is with us; let us keep a humble and teachable spirit;” and the brother addressed would say, “Forgive me, brother, I have done you an injustice.” Then we would bow down in another season of prayer. We spent many hours in this way. We did not generally study together more than four hours at a time, yet sometimes the entire night was spent in solemn investigation of the Scriptures, that we might understand the truth for our time. On some occasions the Spirit of God would come upon me, and difficult portions were made clear through God's appointed way, and then there was perfect harmony. We were all of one mind and one Spirit. THIS WAS A REBUKE, NOT TO OTHER CHURCH DENOMINATIONS, BUT TO OUR SDA LEADERS WHO DECADES AFTER OUR CHURCH WAS ESTABLISHED, WERE NOT HUMBLE, NOT PRAYERFULLY STUDYING GOD’S WORD (AS DID THEIR BRETHREN 40 YEARS PRIOR), AND THUS HAD A SPIRIT OF BEING ORIGINAL, DISCOVERING NEW LIGHT, NEVER SEEN OR SPOKEN OF. BOTH QUOTES SHARES HOW THOSE WHO HELD OFFICIAL OFFICES IN THE THEN GENERAL CONFERENCE, AND ALSO THOSE IN MINISTRY WERE REPROVED FOR EITHER NOT ALLOWING FURTHER UNDERSTANDING OF OLD DOCTRINAL POSITIONS, OR ASKING THE LORD’S TESTIMONY (AT SISTER WHITE) TO SETTLE QUESTIONS THEY COULD SETTLE BY THE SAME FAITH AND METHOD OF THEIR FORMER BRETHREN, BY FASTING, EARNEST SEEKING IN PRAYER FOR TRUTH, AND HARMONY, NOT DISCORD AMONG THEMSELVES. 1 Corinthians 14:40 Context 37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord. 38 But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant. 39 Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues. 40 Let all things be done decently and in order. WE CAN SEE CLEARLY THAT IS THE SPIRIT IN WHICH THE TESTIMONIES WERE BOTH GIVEN TO THE CHURCH AND THUS, HOW THEY WERE TO BE USED. REMEMBER THAT THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS, AS SHARED WITH THE BRETHREN BY THE LORD’S APPOINTED MESSENGERS, JUDAS AND SILAS, CONFIRMED THE BRETHREN, AFTER THE APOSTLES, ELDERS, AND BRETHREN HAD CONSIDERED THE MATTER IN BOTH THE LIGHT OF GOD’S WORD (“AND TO THIS AGREE THE WORDS OF THE PROPHETS” ACTS 15:15) AND BY THE EXPERIENCE OF THE CHURCH IN THE CALL OF THE GENTILES TO THE FAITH OF MESSIAH JESUS.

Personally I have gone through the publishnents of E.G.W but truthfully they are contradictory as time passes by for example at the start she preaches Jesus the Christ is the Arch angel Micheal, not part of the trinity as time evolves she then acknowledges that he is a son of God. She initially believed Christ didn't know what He was face when he died and didn't know what was ti happen all of this is stated in her book the great controversy. This holistically contradicts the scriptures. Her writings according to the adventist statement of doctrine they are authoritative and guiding to the folk. This really depicts the fact it's not a scripture point of view that the scriptures should be consulted first. Secondly investigative judgement is a dogmatism that contradicts the Bible, Romans 8:1-2. The death of christ was the signing of a new conventant, His blood atoned our sins not on October 27 1884, but after He had met Mary, He went and poured His blood in the holy of holies so that it could atone our sins. This is the message of the cross that He died for us and bore our sins and therefore we not saved by our works but by His blood. Lastly read Colossians 2

IN SUMMARY Who was Michael, who here came to Gabriel's assistance? The term signifies, "He who is like God," and the Scriptures clearly show that Christ is the one who bears this name. Jude (verse 9) declares that Michael is the Archangel. This word signifies "head, or chief, angel," and in our text Gabriel calls Him "one [or, as the margin reads, "the first"] of the chief princes." I agree, however as an ex Jehovah’s wittiness at least they believe Christ is God in the flesh. They really just weigh themselves down with extra stuff and miss out on the true freedom of Christ! And !It would be better if we all kept a sabbath day not because we have to but for our own growth and relationship with God and a real day of rest .. also scripture says sabbath is for us(mankind) not God

Miller never knew what the 2300 days represented in Daniel 8 ...no SDA.person to this day knows what Daniel 8.. is saying ..Miller predicted it would be in 1843 as far as the math equation goes he was right ...if you're just using the math equation... Miller was right.. you can't get in the from 457 BC in the spring of the Year Ezra 7:9 to the fall of 1844 October 22nd which is the LIE of the atonement concept ...(that never happened)!!! but just say it did ...the day of atonement in 1844 was not on the 22nd of October... but let's just say it was...
