you're right. their line distributions seems really fair. even in chuck jun got more lines than usual. although they don't sing that much, but they shine in the center. it seems they give every member chance to shine in their own way.

I can sorta understand why though: - they're not the strongest singers in the group - the song REALLY suits DK's voice, so a lot of liines were bound to go to him - Jun was centre for the dance break (so at least he got his time to steal my heart) - Minghao doesn't have the best Korean (yet) Line distribution is actually pretty good considering they have 13 members. But here's to hoping China line gets more lines in future title tracks!

+Kayleen Cadalin watch jun omma performance, ear candy performance and u performance. jun is fluent in Korean and is basically a triple threat (dancer, singer , actor) yet plexus doesn't notice him 1/5 of the song was dk like jun and the8 could have had some of those lines and made it even. on top jun being a dancer has only been front and centre this one song. he even had less lines when the perf unit sang a song. like this is not fair

+Aneesha Kumar Pledis gave DK many lines because this reaaally compliments his voice. Jun and Minghao are in the performance unit so they get more spotlight in dancing, not in singing. Jun is already at the centre in the dance too :^)

Looking at this, I feel like the leaders sacrificed their lines so the other members could be more highlighted. Like the previous songs, Woozi was consistently in third place for lines, while S.Coups was normally around 5th-6th. Hoshi never got much lines, but he always got more than his other performance team members, and in this one, Jun and Dino have more time than them. I feel like they tried to reduce the individual times so the focus would be less on the vocal members, as it usual is. I'M SURPRISED that Mingyu had the most lines in Hip Hop and DK got more than Seungkwan?? DK normally gets a lot of lines (normally in 2nd), but I feel like he's sometimes overshadowed by Seungkwan, so it's nice for a change.

the line distribution is based on how their voices matched the song, so it makes sense for Seokmin and Mingyu to have more lines since the song is better suited towards their voices

amen!!! This is why i love this era so much. My biases are Jun and DK and they really shined here according to their best abilities! This had by far the most times Jun was center and if he's not center, he's almost always up front. Then DK got to really shine as a main vocalist. It breaks my heart everytime I see people who don't know that he is a main vocalist too because he's hella good and he deserves more recognition for it. :')

I don't really agree with the dk gets overshadowed by seungkwan part and also dk gets more line than seungkwan loads of times

I feel like the leaders kind of let the others do more. Sort of. Hoshi let the others go in the center more. Also he got less lines, he never really got a lot but he got more than the rest of the performance team. Woozi didn't get a lot of lines, I mean he usually gets a decent amount but here he got a lot less. S.Coups raps less as well...

The thing with Mingyu is that he raps little lines throughout the song that go unnoticed so people don't really notice him as much as Vernon and S.Coups who actually get their own parts. I feel like they give Mingyu the little unimportant lines just because they need someone to do them.😭 he needs more lines And Wonwoo's situation is just stupid. Like everyone knows he is one of the best if not the best rapper in 17 so I don't really know what they're playing at😂😩 I think it's just because Vernon is the most popular and S.Coups is the leader

I don't think it's because they don't see his talent but rather because his rapping style doesn't really fit their fun/bright title tracks. Wonwoo's rapping is quite aggressive (in a good way) so it doesn't go well with the concept they go for. He gets highlighted a lot more in their other tracks + I love the fact that they let him sing too (like in Love letter and popular song) instead of limiting him to only rapping

I swear this is the most fairly distributed lines of Seventeen. Considering how big the group is. Stop complaining because the center position is given to the ones who barely got any lines. Seriously guys. Seventeen knows what they're doing.

it's not about who got more line and who didn't. it's about how can they pull of for the best song and whose voice most suit in the song. tbh every seventeen's song is fair enough in line distribution thing. ofc the main song mostly have vocal line (specially dk and seungkwan, sometimes woozi too) that got many parts. because they need to sing it live for every live perfomances. Every member will shine in their unit song too, china line will shine in perf unit song, same with hip hop unit. (sorry for my bad english hehe)

For those who are bitter at dk's line. Did you aware that how this song suits dk's energy, high tension voice, and adlibs??? And this song that you didn't like is the only representative song of seventeen for public. Now you guys should not worry, bcs dk's line for newer song is so less and he sacrifices for the low quality voices that you guys love.

Guys we can't really complain about the line distribution, the parts may not be evenly distributed but the parts given in a way that suits the songs most, also china line may not get tons of line as they are in the performance team, so we can't compare them also knowing that they do get a lot of dancing parts in lives and they slay it always. The leaders also gave way for the others to get more lines or more time to shine. So in a way svt do distribute their parts fairly, in terms of everything. So please stop talking about china line barely having parts. Okay rant over >< I'm not trying to offend people ok ^^
