Hoshi glitched because he was caught by the AI at the beginning and they're replacing him using AI but as expected AI was not good as the original. thats why it glitched edit : this is just my theory and opinion, it could be different meanings tho.

There are multiple theories .... Like the metronome was red and not working in the start and by the end its blue and working.... So it means red is ai and blue is human And the real maestro mag be hoshi who is hostage at first and by the end the humans saved him and maybe that's why the metronome turned blue and started working..... There are alternate theories as well
