I've already said this to Sillypack's SVT album reactions. You don't have to bombared a KZreadr messages to react to SVT's past albums. I dont think you'll notice since you just started listening to them but in Jeonghan's part in Adore U is actually Seungkwan's voice. He was sick when they recorded it that is why. We can only hear Jeonghan's voice in their live performances 🥺

For better lyric translations, you should check seventeenlyrics because they have the more accurate translations and it will show you which members produced, composed n wrote the specific songs. But am honestly looking forward to seeing more svt content!☺️

I dont think seventeenlyrics have lyrics for svt early albums yet

i will say in regards to ah yeah and jam jam they are just kind of weird songs 😅 seventeen have been self producing since the beginning and while they've produced some incredible things even in their early days, i feel like their lack of experience shows through with some of the bsides on their first two minis. hip hop unit has actually said they can't listen to ah yeah these days bc they find it cringy/embarrassing lol. i don't think that's inherently a bad thing, and that's why it's really interesting to go through seventeens discography in order bc you really get to see their growth not only as artists, but also as people. but it's something to keep in mind. imo the production quality becomes a lot more consistent with their first full album, "love & letter" also yes, jam jam is a perf unit song, and no, Vernon isn't in the performance unit 🤣 it's pretty much as you said, they stuck him on the track to elevate the vocals. I'm not a singer or rapper, so i don't know to what extent it's true, but at debut perf teams vocals weren't considered great. probably in part because jun and the8/minghao aren't native Korean speakers and still weren't the most fluent when it came to Korean. but most unit tracks stick strictly to their unit, and the performance team has since proven themselves to be great vocalists and rappers that are more than capable of carrying a song on their own ^^

shining diamonds is their first song as seventeen! it was produced and choreographed by svt themselves during their predebut days, its so cool that they have such a good predebut song, it just shows how amazing and talented they've always been. im glad you're reacting to their stuff in release order because you get to see how much they improve with every comeback and it's so amazing to see them grow in every aspect!

Aw man - I enjoyed the album when it first came out but seeing the growth from this to where they are now musically is crazy!

I love that ur going in order of their albums :) I did that too when first getting into seventeen, best decision ever bc it really shows their growth as artists and their versatility. Ah yeah is one of the few svt songs I don’t listen to and I used to hate Jam Jam, but it grew on me and I like the beat drop. I can’t wait for more of ur reactions :)
