Sevendust's self titled dropped when I was 17 years old... Dunno if you guys will ever read this, but your music has been a constant in my life since I really began to live. I've called up to my local rock radio station everyday since this song has been released to radio stations to request this song...the DJ straight up told me that his bosses think this song is too heavy for their current rotation being predominately The Pretty Reckless and the new Breaking Benjamin songs...whatever, their loss. True Sevendust fans didn't discover them through mainstream radio, so mainstream syndicate can keep their Pretty Reckless and Nickelback...we'll keep the good stuff.

Matt S. "Failure" IMO is worst song BB ever wrote .But "Failure" by 7dust is the exact opposite it actually sounds original not copy and paste chord progression from previous albums. Ben should just sing and let Jasen write all the music from now on.

I don't really pay much attention to BB anymore, they're a good band but you hear a song of theirs and think "Oh, BB, cool" and move on with you life, haha. Really, I'm just excited that Sevendust have a new single out, they're really the only band that interests me anymore.

Matt S. I really love Stone Sour. Corey Taylor has a great voice, and they're just as melodic and often as heavy. Slightly different, but still good. House of Gold and Bones (both parts) are great albums. Give them a listen if you haven't.

Lajon has the best vocals over any other black guy in metal. Truly a one of a kind voice

Idk if its multiple females but yesterday visiting my dad here in Maryland, we went next door to a friends hanging out listening & playing music & i overheard 1 of the guys say his daughter was rehearsing vocals & the guys (not sure who, maybe Lajon) walked by her room & rly liked it & said "we want you in 1 of our songs". When he came back in the garage i asked him "Did u say your daughter did vocals for Sevendust?" He confirmed it & told me "Thank You" was the song, i thought that was so cool

This album could actually be better than "Home" and I didn't think it could ever be possible to out do a masterpiece like Home!

+Josh Martin Home was a great album and so far it has been a better album than "Sevendust" (the self titled release.) I mean don't get me wrong, there are A LOT of bands who release their first album and then their follow up effort usually sucks (Not a lot of bands... but some.) I wasn't a big fan of "Alpha" "Black Out The Sun" or "Next" however "Seasons" was a very good album. "Black Out The Sun" felt very rushed, and I wanted to like that album but I think this album will be the album that should have followed "Home."

Joshua Hennigan I disagree. Those bands didn't change AT ALL and I think that's why they got stale and people became bored. And when I say change fans don't want to see a complete 180, just subtle things. Sevendust just have such a smart work formula where they know what the fans love and expect, but at the same time they have such a hugely talented rhythm section that to keep things fun for them they try new things which in turn keeps the music sounding fresh and inspired. Because it is. Again, the guys in Dust are VERY smart and talented. They know that while they have fans that like the more direct radio driven stuff that they also have fans who are huge guitar enthusiast and fans who are huge metal heads. I think its the combination of all those things that make this band a force to be reckoned with to this day. Take this song, a great chorus is a great chorus and this definitely has that but it also has that pre chorus lick at 2:21 that makes guitar lovers like me get the chills. Plus the pummeling verses that make the heavy lovers happy. Everyone's happy! And its not like they half ass each aspect, they freakin nail it so in each respected category I listed this guys are respected. I dont know any guitar player or drummer that doesn't agree clint,john and morgan are amazing. Dont get me wrong either, I actually dig disturbed and Ill nino(whose last album was great)

This speaks to me in so many ways.... I had lots of friends that I would smoke weed with and when I stoped providing drugs they gave up on me so I quit and they left...

Sevendust has and always will be the band I turn to for anything. happy, sad whatever. They just get it. Perfectly match group of amazing musicians and people.

It grew on you because of Morgan. This is far from the best song of theirs... but it's a technical masterpiece from all of the band. Problem for me is, they have have SEVERAL technical masterpieces, and that one isn't the best song. Shine was their best song... a musical masterpiece even though it wasn't hyper-technical on the drums.

Heavier than it's been for awhile. Good stuff!

I seen them back in like 2010-11. I was in little Rock, AR at edge fest. they were in the middle of the line up that day, and avenged sevenfold were headlining. they had just put out the nightmare album not long before. a bunch of bands had already came, and played. the crowd was dead. I had never really even listened to sevendust, (same thing had happened to me really with ax7 in 2008), and then suddenly this dude with long ass dreads gets up on the mic, and they start playing. I didn't know any of the songs, but MAN I felt the energy in the crowd explode! I was like damn dude idk any of these songs, but these dudes are awesome! I was talking to someone just yesterday about that story, and showed them this song because they had never heard 7dust. I've been listening to it ever since lol.

Words can not express the joy I feel right now.

Please never stop writing and performing!!!! Sevendust makes my life so much better! Thank you!!! ♡

My local radio station just played this. Hummer of the week on Fm99. Meaning it'll be played a couple times a day for a week at certain times :D I hadn't even realized they released any songs yet. I'm happy now.

im a die hard metal head. im more into black metal/ blackened thrash and melodeath. However I have to respect Sevendust for being around for so long without going through lineup changes like so many bands do. and having a consistent sound. thumbs up guys

Dish Network's Sirius XM Octane channel is the sole and only reason why I'm currently dating this "New Hard Rock" genre of music. I like this song and a lot of other hard rock songs.

they need to keep this album heavy the whole way thru. clint growling is a nice change of pace.

I'm in high school listening to these guys now. Been a fan for 2 years, and along with Alice in Chains and Deftones they're probably my favorite band.

Sevendust, Disturbed, FFDP and A7X are my favorites

I Love Sevendust!

I have been a huge fan of sevendust since I saw them at ozzfest in 1998, and on that subject I also seen godsmack on that same tour and after ozzfest godsmack blew up and became one of the most repetitive and predictable bands in metal. Sevendust has always maintained a distinctive sound but learned how to be unique at the same time, and their live shows are some of the best around. thank you sevendust!

Sevendust has been my favorite band since.....forever! Not to mention I am a Georgia boy and a Falcons fan. Just wanted to drop a comment and tell Sevendust that I thank them for staying true to their sound, and message since they began to write and play music. Their message got me through a lot of rough times. I love Sevendust. Fantastic band and people.

I'm 100% sure you mean 100%. Please fall back and realize the concept of 100%. Come around to and you can be 100% sure Sevendust is better than 100% of all music out there.

When you've been around this long, and still rock the bolts off, there's nothing to prove. If you're still relevant after 30 years then damn it you have made it!

Sorry... It's not directly "banned" - it's blocked. Some youtube songs are blocked in germany because of a problem between youtube and a performance rights organisation in Germany. But I don't know why just this song is blocked. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blocking_of_KZread_videos_in_Germany
