When u buy the polish is it just a regular glitter polish n then a base of gel polish in order to get that effect of the cat eye?

Dear, both the snow light cat eye gel and the base coat are gel polish rather than nail polish. And we need cure the gel polish while the nail polish doesn't need that🤗

Amazon has a ton of different cat eye polish that's where I get mine.. they also sell born pretty like shown here but it's definitely not my best cat eye polish.. they also have a bunch of different colors.. like I would recommend getting a universal silver cat eye.. also have rainbow (any brand will do) but then you can use any color base you want..

Amazon has born pretty but they also have a bunch of others that I think are better.. I got born pretty first but found others I like ALOT better.. but I recommend getting a silver universal cat eye gel or rainbow then you can put it over any base color you want.. and you can also use jelly polishes (translucent colors) over or under the universal cat eye polish... but they also have a ton that are different colors check it out.. I love cat eye gels and I got all of mine from Amazon
