This 5.5x14” custom handcrafted snare drum is built from 3mm cast aluminum. Most lower cost aluminum drums are rolled and connected with a seam, or are spun metal. This one is neither…It’s a pure cast done in a foundry, giving it a pure bell-like tone. It has a vcustom Silver Graphite powdercoat finish wihich is incredibly durable (much more durable than bar metal). It’s an insanely versatile drum that can sound fat or crisp and incredibly dry, depending on tuning and head choice.
