I first heard that song with the Damien Rice himself back in 2005 and I was blown away. immediately became a fan. it was a nice surprise many years later when Ana Carolina and Seu Jorge came out with their version to this lovely song. And it was so interesting seeing how you descovered that É Isso Aí was a version of The Blower's Daughter. thumbs up to both singers.

Gente, seu Jorge é um fenômeno mesmo. So sad about the racist incident he went throuh recently. No one deserves that.

Here is a tip, Frank: the sound of the letter "J" in portuguese is the same as in french (Je = I) and so it is for the letter "G" in "GE" and "GI". In "GA", "GO" and "GU" it's the same as in italian and spanish.

Seu Jorge tem uma potência vocal invejável. Ana Carolina idem. São artistas com carisma e nicho específico. No Brasil temos vários tipos de artistas invejáveis. Todos os tipos musicais, mas que o resto do mundo não conhece, pois o mercado brasileiro é muito grande e ocupa muito do trabalho deles, e a língua portuguesa não é muito reconhecida.

Seu Jorge has a very sad story of a vacation he spent in Italy, suffered racism in a guitar store so he came in bought the guitar and broke it in front of the store.

Very emotional. Trying to figure out What goes in the mind of somebody who sees live the impact of your song, sang in another language and sang with passion by a whole audience. Very very emotional.
