Slippage is like a safety net. Should the price change from the time you execute the order to when it actually processes the price can change due to other transactions getting processed before yours. It's important when there is high volume. If the price at actual execution is higher than 30% of the requested price, the transaction will not go through due to your limit restriction

The larger the percentage the more you'll potentially pay for your transaction... so be careful when setting your slippage.

Thanks for the compliment. You can't sell based on time frame but you could set a limit order to sell the token.

Tipping amount is only used when MEV protection is turned on. Transactions take a little longer and you place a tip amount to process MEV protection transactions. MEV helps block sandwich attacks or front running.

Good informative video. After you snipe the coin and you are waiting. Will you get a notification when the coin goes online and bot snipes it??? So you can take over if you want.

After the initial snipe you will need to exit the position on your own, unless you have some sell setup for the token. You will get the token buy notification just like any other telegram message if you have notifications turned on. But i would still recommend you be on when the token launches. Sniping just allows you to get in the token at a speed much greater then humanly possible.

@@georgeabaidoo4530 Yes, just leave the token in your wallet for whenever you are ready to sell. If you have trouble managing your wallets then send all of your holdings/tokens to one main wallet.

What is a good bot to snipe tokens when liquidity is added without a specific contract address? I use fluxbot but it snipes alot of presales and misses alot of ones that are decent.

I believe there is one that might be able to snipe a token based on the symbol. But why? The sniper could purchase the wrong token. And what do you mean it misses... you mean it fails? Maybe because your Tip was to low or slippage was to low? I appreciate your questions and will do my best to help you!

(Like if I wanted to buy into every token that came out that didn’t have freeze or mint authority) not that I want to do exactly that but something along those lines. And thanks! Can't figure out where I went wrong. I followed along and set up a sniper on a pinksale coin upcoming. All was well. Then I changed some settings so that the coin would auto sell at 100% gain. I was going to select another token and do the same thing. I try to set up the new sniper, it asks for the contract address. I enter it. Now every time I try it gives me this error, "sell failed. no pool found." No idea what that means as I'm not trying to sell anything. I'm just trying to do what I did the first time again with a different soon to be launched token. Any ideas? I then turned off the auto sell feature, and tried again. This time I got some information on the coin itself, but also told me "no pool found." So I'm stuck at the initial sniper I set up and cannot seem to add another. Any help would be fantastic.

What are you comparing to? If you are trying to buy a token on launch your only concern is actually getting your transaction to process before the price pumps 3x. Those nice UI's cause transactions to lag and fail. I think it displays enough and has all of the same settings. Command line doesn't look pretty but it is fast and reliable. These also show positions and profit which a lot of fancy UI's do not.

@@BleepingWorld In the logs I was mentioning you can see the exact fee calculated in lamports, current pool being processed, output of the filter matching, current buy/sell transaction attempt as well as SolScan and Dexscreener link when buy/sell happens. But I agree with you that everything falls if you don’t have efficiency!

What do you mean? Sniping tokens is free. I mean pretty much if you don't count the cost of transaction fees. The Solana sniper bot is completely free. If it is not then just try using the link in the description because maybe you are using the wrong bot.

I have found when there is a project I REALLY like, that everyone else wants it too. If I set the slippage to a normal 10% I often do not get the token at all... So, I guess you need to make your own decision. Would you rather set slippage low and take the chance you don't get the token? *NOT financial advice*

Why not show what happened at launch? Would have been nice if the video actually showed a few examples... You don't even have any Sol in the wallet. clickbait videos

There isn't really much to show. The Sniper executes your trade at launch. There's no chart, you just get a message that the trade is executed automatically. I guess I could have waited around at launch time to film the message and show it... And I suppose the video would have been a little better with SOL in my wallet. Never the less, I don't think I click baited anyone. I am doing exactly what I said I would do in the title of the video, which is to setup Solana sniper bot to snipe a token launch. Maybe the video isn't picture perfect the way you wanted, I'm sorry for that. But I have a feeling that you are the minority, and that If I added the examples then I would get the other side of people saying the video is too long, too much hook and fluff. So, it's really hard to please EVERYONE. Thanks for watching and I will keep your advice in mind for future, or if I do an update to this video.
