My mygov account is permanently locked I don't know why they told me it's mis used....I had gone to the centrelink as well but they told me that I can't use online services...any solution??

Hello I try to set up mine, i have enter my driver license details with Medicare also citizens certificate details, now its ask me to enter my Australian passport number. And thats the problems i havent got my Australian passport yet and i have overseas birth certificates, what its the next set….can you assist

There are 3 levels of identity - basic, std, strong. Drivers licence and Medicare should get you the standard strength, which will be enough for most uses

How if sir I don't have identities to show it . I went there before f0r sixs months that's why I don't have Australian passport, birth certificate from austral and also a passport from them. Is it another way to claim my tax return? Lately I was receive the email from ATO that I can I withdraw my taxs if I am outside in Australia. Can you help me in this case sir ?

Thanks Rocco. While you may want to avoid this complexity, Government is moving everything digital and soon enough this will be your only option.

@@mcaaccountantsAU Thanks. I've come up with solution that doesn't require me to get up, go get my phone, come back to my chair, sit down, and finally finish logging in. I use Scrcpy software to mirror my phone on my PC. I even have it working over wifi. So now MyGovID is not so much of a hassle to use.

Is it supposed to work with a learner permit because It doesn't with eighther my learner permit or birth certificate and that's all I have

I'm not aware of any difference from an ID perspective between a learners permit and a drivers license. There are intermittent issues with various ID docs not being accepted at various times, which may be the issue. The MyGovID website should be able to answer your question
