It's possible that there may be configuration issues with the iap303. Even when using ARM or setting it to channel 1 fixed at 51.0dB, you didn't obtain good results. Is it possible to set the signal strength to AUTO when channel 1 is fixed?

The setting options for the 5GHz radio channel width include 20/40MHz and 20/40/80MHz, but I don't see an option to set it to 20MHz alone. Have you ever configured it to be set at 20MHz?

Sir in my company I have two AP 11 and one was configured but I didn't have any credentials for that existing AP and i approached customer they told existing AP there only we can add new AP same network we can't add they told like this i didn't have credentials that existing AP and also it was disabled mode that access point so what was solution for this how can I fix this how can I add new AP in my network?????????

@@N.raju8247 i understand step by step ex: AP1=ok, AP2 =no config setup ap2 connect to cloud remove config becase it have config setup AP1 connect to cloud after add ap2 All of the above steps cannot be done remotely
