1. DTI Business Name Registration
2. BIR Certificate of Registration
3. TIN
4. Barangay Clearance
5. Cedula
6. Sanitary Certificate from Rural Health Unit
7. Fire Safety Certificate
8. Mayor’s Permit
9. Business License
10. Pollution Control Officer

arent drs and dentists exempted from DTI business' and Mayors' permit? Plus isnt it sanitary and fire safety is the lessors concern? So basically BIR stuff and Barangay certs lang ang kelangan....
Isn't the fire safety certificate and sanitary cert under the building you're renting?
