Do you have a video of the filtration you used on this tank,? I’m thinking your using a wet/dry with a protein skimmer.

I know you work for CaribSea, but you can put pool filter sand and/or blasting sand mixed with Aragonite as your substrate and get the same PH parameters. It’s a lot cheaper and you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference. 60 lbs of CaribSea substrate is almost the same cost of the tank!😳. At least in Canada it is.

Does anyone think having a 65 gallon fish tank with 2 rope-fish (24 inches in total) , 1 toad-fish (12 inches) and two 9 inch fish all in the same tank is too much? Or is it actually decent? I am planning on creating an environment and I don't want to neglect any of my fish. Also it will be a brackish water fish tank with about 1.005 salinity.

Nice scape but those rocks aren't the best for cichlids because they swim very fast throughout the whole tank and rocks like those can damage their scales and/or their health. Personal favorite rock is the classic streambed smooth but rigid rocks if you live near any.

Realistically, with all those mbuna in the tank, you'll be lucky if 3 will reach full adult size, while the others will slowly be killed off.
