    How to add a deal which has a recurring payment every month? Also, how to track if only a certain percentage of payment is received and certain is pending?

    Hello, Mayur! Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we don't have custom functions, but we do have a workaround. You can use Workflow and setup recurring scheduled workflow actions to update a tag/stage of deals to unpaid. If you'd like to capture the entire amount that has been generated from a deal, you could set up a currency custom field to cumulate the monthly payments. We hope this has solved your query.     Does not show how to import company, what information must be included and would like to know what can be included or should be excluded in fields such as "Describe" under the company heading. Trying hard to get some direct help.

    Hello! I have a very basic but possibly complicated question. I have a client that brought ZOHO to me as I’ve worked with other CRM systems in the past and this is their preferred system they want to now move forward with. However, I’m not sure how the ownership or admin works if I set it up with my own email then transfer ownership like I have with other systems. Or, should I walk them through the setup process so that they’ll have to initially start with their own email address. My only worry is that they’ll have access to the system before everything is setup, I’m sure they’ll get email alerts about everything I trigger and test, etc. Any advice is much appreciated!

    Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us. There are two options you can resort to: 1. Set up the Bigin account using your email, customize everything for your customer, and then add them as a super admin. They can remove you from the account afterward. 2. Have the customer sign up directly on Bigin and then add you as a user with permission to customize.
