I love how all the while he's singing, he sounds as if he's trying to keep it together, but is slowly slipping into madness. Especially in the beginning, when his voice tremors and begins to grow louder and more aggressive.

I have insomnia I’ve had it since I was 4 and it doesn’t matter about drinking coffee, it just something that happens and I’ve never drank coffee or anything with caffeine and I still have it till this day, in my entire life I’ve only had 8-10 drinks with caffeine in.... am I missing out on anything??😂😂😂

+Josh Rupp I feel you. I hate it when my friends say things like, "Oh, I usually have a bit of trouble falling asleep. I must be an insomniac." No. If you can't fall asleep no matter what, then you're an insomniac. It doesn't make you slightly uncomfortable, it is absolute hell.

I've heard Kills the Lights awhile ago and I'm disappointed that I didn't look at any of there other videos. So happy that I listened to the Talk Dirty cover today or I wouldn't have listened to this x.x

I was diagnosed with severe clinical insomnia in 2008 as well as a few other mental health issues later in in 2011. I was able to find songs that spoke to my other mental illnesses but I have found it hard to find ones for my insomnia. I just found this song and it not only speaks to my insomnia but screams to it. I have listened to a few Set It Off songs over the years but I absolutely love this one.

SO MANY FEELS I'M FLAILING I THINK I JUST HIT MY HEAD BUT IT'S OKAY BECAUSE I'M LISTENING TO THIS SONG

When it says "my eyes are stapled open wide" it reminds me of Ryuzaki (A.K.A. El) from Death Note the anime

This was the first music that I heard from Set It Off. I'm so glad I found this magnificent song. This song is fun and helpful at the same time.

Insomnia actually sucks, its painful to try to fall asleep and i cant because my head wont shut up about everything, i try to relax, get my mind off of everything, but i end up staring at my ceiling and getting aggravated at myself for not being able to sleep, i try to take sleep pills for it and it never works anymore, and its so exhausting to get up in the morning out of bed because i may have only gotten one hour of sleep or none, alot of people end up making fun of insomnia, its no joke, it really REALLY sucks.

Still one of the most relatable songs out there; this whole album is absolute peak

I assume it's a good thing that I haven't had a single dream or nightmare (at least not that I've woken up and remembered having) since I was 12. I doubt I have insomnia but I do struggle pretty badly with at least the falling asleep part, it can take upwards to 4 hours laying in the dark to actually fall asleep but if given the opportunity I'll still sleep 8 or so hours afterwards.

I'm not even an insomniac but this hits so damn hard
