Nice new informative video rd.break sirji Will the earlier method "as in rhel6/centos6 passing init=/bin/bash in boot time kernel parameter n kernel mounts d root filesystem n starting /bin/bash instead of /sbin/init n after that mounting d root filesystem in read write mode manually" not work here in rhel7/8/centos7/8? This time kernel of rhel7/8/centos7/8 doesn't understand init=/bin/bash parameter but knows only rd.break or what?

Rhgb quite ke sath terminal par kya chal raha hai wo show nahi hoga....isliye rhgb quite ki remove kar dete hai....

The option rhgb is used for graphical boot-up and the quiet option eliminates most of the boot messages.

In such scenarios or in cloud platforms like AWS, you have a user with sudo access with which you can easily reset the root password.
