Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord Jesus Christ, I just happened upon this and enjoyed listening. Dr B is always worth listening to. The Lord has worked mightly in him. But, also, may your church be encouraged to have another conference. You mentioned this is the first time and you are not certain. If your resources allow, continue and may it bless not just internet viewers, but your city of Jackson, the state of MS, and the nation. May the Lord turn things around for your city and state and use your church as a means to transformation through the gospel of our Lord Jesus Chris. God bless your efforts.

I don't know if this is what the questioner was thinking, but even after Vodie said he hadn't heard it on KZread.... I think I heard him talk about it at a Masters University chapel service. That would have been on KZread as I have never seen or heard him first hand. Here's what I'm thinking now. When he told the story about his mother, I don't think he was giving a "testimony" per se.

I really like Voddie, however a 'church' on every corner does not make us a Godly nation. Most of those so called 'churches' are not preaching the true gospel. They are trying to entertain people into the Kingdom, or teach them the 'works'. Mt 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

How does he miss the obvious extreme anti-Christian sentiment coming from the Federal government? He’s correct about the Federalism of the US that saved many but we see the repeated laws put out by the federal administration that are expressed anti Christian from an administration run by psychopaths and lunatics. Ricky Levine just said we need to not just tolerate but celebrate his groups

Calvinist love from Voddie Baucham's Reformed 5-Point Calvinism to be taught to your children go like this! Little Johnny, God has predestined the minority of people to be saved and go to heaven forever, and He has predestined the majority of people to be eternally damned and burn in the fires of hell. We have no idea, little Johnny, if God has predestined you to be forever damned or forever saved. We love you, little Johnny, but we accept the fact that God might not love you, and that He may have plans to send you to hell for your future sins. If you do find yourself one day burning in hell because He hasn’t elected to save you, just remember that we will always love you, even if God hates you. Take comfort knowing that we are not like God. We will be in heaven forever only because we were unconditionally chosen for salvation before we were born. Don't know what you are preaching but it is NOT Calvinism. We love because he first loved us (1 John 4:19), so when you deny scripture, you have a made up god of your own imagination that will not save.... 2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
