    This brings back such good memories. I use to go here all the time with my dad. We loved this place. Its great to see all the old water rides, and all the new features and rides.

    even back in 1983, I very much truly live to go to sesame place and in my mind I just want to see big bird and anybody from the original cast well half of them had passed away. I also remember the commercial as the song say, splash splash on your face all over the place at sesame place. I wish amey, my sweet niece would be there with me. but she already had been to many children's amusement outings, but she could get a ride to sesame place and put here to the test. thanks man and lady to show all of us not many of us be afraid of water. I love water most anything Jesus ever made and I say thank you sesame place.

    This place is walking distance from my house. I never went much as a kid; I've gone a bit more since becoming a dad. A couple things: (1) It's the Oxford VALLEY Mall; (2) The one ride is not a Troika; it's an Orbiter.

    Even though viper trail is a kiddie coaster, it’s way way more intense then a regular kiddie coaster, it’s pretty fast and it looks like a family/ trilling coaster

    Emma Albericci Guests of Sesame place, may I have your attention please. This is a lost child announcement. If you have a lost child, please find them at the family care center, located next to Cookie's Cafe. Thank you.

    I’m so confused because...it was the 50th anniversary when I worked there..in 06....sooo...I guess this year they made it the second annual 50th anniversary? Lol..marketing ploy perhaps?

    The Oscar the Grouch character you're talking about, the can is actually part of the costume. The performer kneels down to make it look like he's inside his trashcan, but he does have feet underneath the can so he can walk around while inside the can

    Please don't ask me about Snuffy though. Other than on TV where it's two puppeteers, I've yet to see enough footage of him at the park since he's brand new.

    Snuffy is built by the workshop (the guy who made the one for the park posted it on Instagram) there is a TV inside and only one person controls it in the park, and then once the guests leave the theater (which formally showed Let’s play together, but now just does Snuffy M&G’s) they slide the monster back stage to get the actor out (locked in a hidden zipper

    All these rides are different and when I went Abby was brand new charector, the teacup ride had big birds cousins not disco and there was a big mountain that you can try to climb plus a giant inflatable mattress called Ernie's bed . But my faveorite thing that inst there anymore was just a giant set of stairs that looked like big bird.

    I remember seeing a 55 mm film of this place back in the 80’s when I was a small kid. Always wanted to go, but Philly is about 9 hours northeast from me, so I never got to go. BTW, did you call the troika a “spin and barf” ride? 😂😂😂

    Would you say it'd be worth it to get the fast pass aka "magic queue" add-on? I have a 3 year old with weak legs, and by that I mean lazy. 😆

  • @jayducharme

    @jayducharme

    I can't give a definitive answer, since the crowd was pretty light the day we were there, and most rides were walk-ons. You'd have to judge the crowd when you go. It's a small park, so if it's packed then the pass might be worth it.

    BOYCOTT stop spending your money with company who are clearly. It is time. It took this to happen out loud and in your face type of ..... to children, not just one child on one day. What about the other days? BOYCOTT wake up and smell the BS.
