All-purpose flour 500grams 0:45,
Yeast 4grams(add 2-3 grams more in winter) 0:49,
Water about 360grams (in room temperature) 0:47,
All-purpose flour 150grams 1:48,
Pepper powder proper amount(we add 1 spoon in the video) 1:49,
Salt proper amount(we add 2 spoons in the video) 1:54,
Hot oil 150grams 2:00,
Sesame proper amount,
• Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 240degrees, bake it for about 18-20 mins in the upper layer of the oven.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。
